Blind Item #5

This foreign born alliterate NBA player is talking to an attorney about whether he can collect child support from his ex. That would be bold.

  1. Not sure there's precedent for this type of claim vs. a yeti.

  4. Youch! That clan sure can pick 'em! That is a vengeance move if ive ever heard it

  5. If there is a great disparity in their incomes, it is no vengeance move to file for child support. MANsogyny is rampant here.

  6. Don't you have to have custody to collect child support?

    1. Unknown, primary custody? No. Old adage is "Cant have daddy in a mansion and momma in a shack."

  7. This is not only bullshit, it's ridiculous - Tristan would have to demonstrably give up his life of being a traveling manwhore to actually spend time and care for the child. If he even hints at trying to get monetary support (which, btw, he doesn't need), not only will no atty touch it, but Khloe will go for full custody. And she'll get it.

    1. No, she wont get full custody. Even if he was a raging drug addict, he would get supervised visitation, like Jenna Jameson got when she split with Tito Ortiz. If he can pass a drug test, he will get alternating weekends, at the least.

  8. Supervised visitation is not the same as custody. No one is saying he shouldn't SEE his child - the issue is whether he can care for the child. I don't even believe that he really *wants* to be a stay-at-home Dad. Khloe is, and has been, the primary care-giver for over a year. Just like his other baby-mamas. She'll get full custody if she pursues it in court, but that doesn't mean he can't see the child, even on weekends (though I doubt he'll want that unless some other approved family member is there to do the actual work).

    1. Tierney: you are confusing full custody with primary custody.

  9. Possibly he's aiming to PAY zero support to HER. He's asking for child support, she's pissed and will say nope and YOU don't have to pay ME anything, so we're even.
    Betcha!!

  10. No, I'm not. In full custody, the other parent can have visitation (with approval) and even overnight visits (with approval).

It's not even a question between these two parents. Thompson has never demonstrated a desire to directly care for his kids. Money is an issue either since they're both more than financially secure.

    1. Yeah, she isnt going to get "full" custody where he has no say in the child's life and him seeing the child is at her whim. Unless you are violent or a junkie, no judge will subject someone to that.

  11. Hope-- that is a great explanation! I was just thinking he's screwing with the Ks, and wouldn't waste a court's time. It is clear that each of these parents are more than comfortably wealthy.

  12. @J LMFAO! I wonder why broke ass Tygag didn’t think of this first. Prostitution Jenner is worth way more. After all, he has to pay Black Chuna. Why do the K-Trash insist on breeding with such ugly-ass man whores? Even Dipshit is losing his looks due to alcohol abuse.
