Gas. And I used it often this past weekend. I made excellent grilled salmon, asparagus, a whole chicken and baked potatoes. Both the salmon and the chicken were like butter when I sliced them! Possibly, my best grilling ever!
Charcoal!
George Foreman
Gas, and a pellet grill. I don't much like the taste of lighter fluid (no charcoal, thanks)
charcoal its part of the grilling skill to cook and flavor your meat(giggity) without making taste like the fuel

CHARCOAL! Propane takes the fun (and the delicious smell) out of barbequing
Charcoal
+1000 MeredithCharcoal and chimney starter every time!
Gas at home. Charcoal at the beach or in the woods.
I like charcoal, but ive only cooked on an already prepped grill.I love Hank Hill, and he is Propane all the way. "Taste the Meat, not the Heat!"
Charcoal.
Charcoal of course. I'm from the country and that's how we do it.
Gas and a Weber grill.
Charcoal tastes great but gas is SO much quicker, cleaner and easier. Ultimately, the taste isn't good enough for charcoal to be worth it. LOL
Wood in a grill outdoors. It's the only way to make paella, and make it taste great!
Hopefully an invite to a barbecue. I’ve never mastered the art of grilling.
charcoal. always.
