This is the first time I can remember that this A+/A list mostly movie actor stunk up a movie this badly. Apparently his mind was elsewhere and it showed. Right now it is so bad, it might never see the light of day. Editors have been trying to salvage something usable from it for months.
Brad Pitt?
ReplyDeleteAnd the Hollywood Movie?
ReplyDeleteOr Affleck ?
Yeah, the premiere of Brad's new movie has just been put off indefinitely.
ReplyDeleteAh ok thanks:)
ReplyDeleteDoes Enty not remember Gigli then? Or Jersey Girl? Or even that steaming pile of moose shit, Reindeer Games?
ReplyDeleteWait, the Tarantino film? I thought it was showing at Cannes?
ReplyDeleteTarantino's film is supposed to come out May 21st. Is that still on?
ReplyDeleteAffleck had a few bombs already, so it can't be him
It was his space movie Ad Astra that was postponed
ReplyDelete+1 Brad Pitt
DeleteUnlike his electrifying performances in Benjamin Button and World War Z.
ReplyDeleteThousands of accomplished Academy professionals nominated him for an Oscar for Benjamin Button, so I guess the people that count did find it electrifying.
DeleteEnty also said that World War Z was going to bomb, and it didn't, so not sure what to think.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds exaggerated, at least Pitt's part in the debacle, if it is one.
ReplyDeleteMore likely it's a combination of Pitt, bad dialogue and hammy, aging, washed-up supporting actors like Sutherland Tommy Lee Jones are probably making test audiences laugh out loud...
Sutherland and Jones must like old man space movies... they did Space Cowboys awhile back.
ReplyDeleteSutherland and tommy Lee Jones, awesome actors!
ReplyDeleteNo feedback for the director James Gray? He never did effects heavy work before.
ReplyDeleteJ you forgot the best one - Meet Joe Black.
ReplyDeleteBrad Pitt - Ad Astra. Delayed until the fall so it doesn't "compete" with Aladdin.
ReplyDeletei loved Meet Joe Black. and Legends of the Fall. and A River Runs Through It. and so many others.
ReplyDeleteTLJ could still act rings around Brad Pitt. Donald Sutherland, too.
ReplyDelete+1 Nerf, Ad Astra was originally Fox's, when Disney got Fox it didn't want Pitt's movie to compete with Aladdin on the same Memorial Day weekend. I don't like what I've seen of Aladdin, but Disney should change its name to Rumpelstiltskin the way they're able to spin live action bullshit into gold.

tiny Tommy... TG 2?
ReplyDeleteMaybe Jim Carrey? That terrible "Sonic" Trailer?
ReplyDeletePPL had an issue with the Graphics but he looked pretty cringey!
Lol, @Natasha21. That was the worst trailer since the Ghostbusters remake, & I think even kids will be unamused by it.
DeleteBrad Pitt in Inglorious Bastards was painful. Every single minute.
