It's important to have proper racks, and wall rings installed by a professional or at least someone who knows what they're doing. Not to mention the sh!t show that can result from an improperly installed ceiling hardpoint and suspensions. Get it done right, otherwise you'll need to keep a doctor, lawyer or shovel handy.
I hope he runs a clean ship. Multiple floor drains, so you can spray everything down afterwards. Good ventilation...maybe some of those big industrial fans that you would find in a barn. UV lights would help to figure out any missed spots.
