Blind Items Revealed #5

March 5, 2019

Don't believe her hype. This former celebrity turned reality star turned celebrity turned controversial celebrity doesn't have the #1 thing at any makeup store. She is just trying to salvage what is left of her brand after her comments and decisions over the past year.

  1. I will believe in her hype, as I identify as a hype believer! #HYPESMATTER

  2. Say what you will, but they are terrific products.

  3. A celebrity ruining their career because they couldn't keep their mouth shut, shocker. Make sure you've stashed enough ducats before you start telling people what you really think, especially if you're a moron.

I just hope all the chemists and workers that actually made her products a success will quickly find a new celebrity face who will just collect a check every month and shut the f*ck up.

  4. Her makeup is always in the clearance section at tjmaxx. Not a good sign.

  5. Even besides her mouth, she can’t live down Jessie James. Meanwhile he’s been sitting pretty with his rich wife for years.

  6. Marie, really? I only see her products at Sephora. Idk about her personal issues, but her products seemed to be doing fine and were well reviewed by beautypedia.

  7. Her products aren't doing that well, for the most part. Sephora still sells her stuff, but I think that's part of the relationship Sephora has with the corporate parent company that owns KVD's line. Her items are constantly going on sale and staying on sale for long periods of time to move the inventory. I'm open to assessing the quality of her new products, even though I won't buy them, and the quality doesn't seem to be there, either. Some people still like her for her, or her products for what they are, but she's definitely lost a lot of consumers. Her established products have their die-hard fans, but her newer products are pretty meh.

  10. Her products were of excellent quality. Good pigments, makeup stayed fresh for hours. Too bad. And, yes, beauty reviewers loved the brand.
