I guess everyone finally figured out who was leaking superhero spoilers to certain members of the press. Yes, that foreign born superhero is the culprit.
Superhero spoilers? Is this a joke? Like there's any mystery or surprises in any Superhero flick. A surprise would be one of them dying in the end, but then again he'd come right back in the next installment. Let's be clear - these are not Chayefsky plot twists and turns.
problem is if people keep spending $$$$$$$$$$ to see them, they'll keep making them for the next 100 years.
and now that Disney swallowed Fox, I cant really see them ever getting hurt by financial bombs. sigh. I wish original shit would top the box office, but I dont think that will ever be anything but rare/
@notthis, The box office is dead except for family fare and 3D bullsh!t. The future is streaming. Kids will always love superheroes because well, they're mostly meant for children.
I'm just praying that Disney will stop letting Burton ruin classics now 🙅♂️🙅♀️✋🚫
@nothis - it's has turned from a 4 Quadrant model to a one Qaundrant - Superhero fanfare for teens. Remakes will be the second modus-operandi of studios where they will attack top classics. Been in these offices. It's terrfying what's coming. When it's not a Predator remake, or Alien, or Blade Runner - Guess what they're zeroing in on? Guess Who's Coming to Dinner? Identity Politics...Identify driven Cinema. Fun!
There are plenty of good movies to see that are not super hero movies or remakes. A few of my favorites from the past year were First Reformed, Hereditary, Eighth Grade, and Leave No Trace. None were huge box office draws, but they did earn critical acclaim and all were original and well-made.
Also, this is the end of The Avengers series and several of the lead actors have said they will not return so there may well be the death of at least one main character.
Has to be desperate and thirsty and SAD Cavill? How can a guy with THOSE looks and his career be such a sad tool? Dates high schoolers, outs his own industry. Wake the F up, dude.
I'm a lifelong fan of DC Comics and love their movies and my sex life is pretty active, thank you very much.
It's funny when people who aren't into comic books complain about an endless stream of movies/shows when those of us who love reading them are all, "Bring us more, we haven't seen this character, or this storyline yet".
Suck it, losers, I'm going to see DC's Captain Marvel film on Friday, then Hellboy next week.
DC: While I would like to say Cavill, he has no DC movies to spoil. Gadot has a movie coming up. But I have heard of no spoilers.
Marvel: there are too many, with no way to tell. Hemsworth, Cumberbatch, Hiddleston. Then the list for second string foreign born is Benedict Wong, Letitia Wright, Tilda Swinton, Sebastian Stan, Pom Klementieff, Karen Gillan, Winston Duke, and Lupita Nyong'o.
I agree Tom Holland's spoiler tendencies seem to be just a PR story. Is this blind continuing with that story?
Crucially for this blind to be correct, it means one of them is feeding true spoilers to the press. For Avenger's Endgame, at this point no one can know what spoilers are true and what are false. Only after the movie premiers will anyone know. Am I wrong about that thought?
I'm pretty sure this is Tom Holland. they won't even let him see an entire script. Brie Larson born in Sacramento, but I believe her parents are French Canadian (her given name is french...Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers)
Henry Cavill?
ReplyDeleteHelmsworth?
ReplyDeleteCavill?
ReplyDeleteTaylor Swift's ex.
ReplyDeleteTom Holland? 😂
ReplyDeleteHenry Cavill is so thirsty, he should get his own reality show. Ryan Seacrest take note.
ReplyDeleteTom Holland? DM had news about how Marvel didn't show him the script of Endgame because he accidentally spoils everything 😂
ReplyDeleteIt was Tom Holland. They started giving him scripts with only his lines on it, not even knowing who he would be saying them with.
ReplyDeletepoor peter parker

ReplyDeleteHenry Cavill is former superhero now I think.
ReplyDeleteMarvel and DC are so boring and predictable it's surprising that anyone cares.

Everybody KNOWS Tom Holland can't keep a secret. Including Tom Holland. If this is something they "just figured out" then it's not him.

I'm just disappointed the Amazing Spiderman comic strip ended 2 weeks ago just as they were starting a story about Peter and MJ heading to Australia.
ReplyDeleteMoney’s on Tom Holland, he’s so cute, he seems innocent of malicious intent. If it’s the more bitter DC leaks then of course it’s Cavill?

To hell with capeshit and all its dateless wonder fandom!
ReplyDeleteThere I said it. Come at me dweebs!
Tom Holland but it's not true. Him "accidently spoiling" stuff is 100% a publicity thing that people are still falling for for some reason.
ReplyDeleteHas to be desperate and thirsty and SAD Cavill? How can a guy with THOSE looks and his career be such a sad tool? Dates high schoolers, outs his own industry. Wake the F up, dude.
ReplyDeleteI thought this was Sebastian Stan
ReplyDeleteHuh.
