Blind Items Revealed #3

January 26, 2019

At the request of the big studio who wants to make as much money as possible down the line for this movie, this disgraced A- list director scrubbed every bit of his association with the movie from his Instagram. Like people, will forget. Please.

FOX/Bohemian Rhapsody/Bryan Singer

  1. I still have zero interest in seeing this movie, and Singer has nothing to do with it. I'll wait for a documentary.

  2. Like people who made it a 800 million monster hit gave a damn who directed the film, please!

  3. I never liked Queen and am kind of surprised that so many people did like them. But I wasn’t even alive in their heyday so idk. It is pretty shitty to support a movie made by a sexual predator.

  4. And Malek is in the Daily Mail today implying that he believes the allegations against Singer. Just in time for the Oscars.

  5. Queen was a lot bigger overseas than the were here, now they are bigger stars here than they ever were back then because of classic rock radio. They get more radio p!ay now than before. I liked their early hard rock stuff from their first couple of albums, afterwards meh.

  6. Hollywood Reporter said Singer could make about $40 million off this movie. Disgusting.

  7. I don't know, Queen had some pretty big hits in the U.S. in the late '70's/early '80's.

  8. They played Wembley Stadium and other soccer venues over there. They had a hard time selling out Madison Square Garden, but they were like B level here. There A+.

  9. Whether he has posts up about it or not, hasn't changed anything, the movie has made mega money and won awards.

They sold out MSG a number of times in the late 70s early 80s. I have trouble believing they had much trouble filling seats then, Queen was huge. The Game (album) was number 1 in 1980 (went 4x Platinum), and the 1980 concerts were soon after that.

  11. @Do Tell - apparently the movie is a whitewash anyway, at the request of Brian May and Roger Taylor.
I first heard the single 'Bohemian Rhapsody' just after it was released, one night in a gay club with some friends and I hated the song. What a long-winded dirge it was.
I liked a couple of their later songs though, and I loved Freddy's showmanship.

  16. I enjoyed the film well I really enjoyed Rami. The film itself doesn’t have a good story and I found out later that it was all lies. I think the only thing that was truthful
Was that he changed his name. According to the film he met Brian and Roger the night the lead singer of their group Smile quit. But turns out Freddie was first friends with the singer then the rest. I lost respect for Brian May really after his rude reply toma fan on Instagram. The fan said he needed to stop following Bryan Singer considering everything. His reply was she should not tell him who to follow and that innocent until proven guilty. What an asshole. He later made a post apologizing and even followed the girl and told her he was following her. The idiot forgave him and let him off the hook.

  17. Popular in the late 70's/80's in the US but huge the world over. Their greatest hits album is the biggest selling in the UK, sold more than Sgt. Pepper.
