Blind Items Revealed #2

February 17, 2019

Another day, another story about how this A- list mostly movie actor is deserving of winning awards this movie season to try and get the subject changed from the disgraced director and the lack of statements about it coming from the actor.

Rami Malek

  1. Can't wait to see how quickly Rami's fauxmance with Lucy Boynton dissolves after the Oscar telecast is over. Do you think they'll wait a full week?

  2. BTW, I noticed that a story about their hot love affair ran in People/Kneepads in the same edition as the interview with Meghan Markle's five imaginary friends. Super journalistic credibility, there.

  3. Unless he gushes about her in his acceptance speech, it's been so half-hearted all along that I think they'll not even acknowledge it ending. Several months from now, it will be like, "oh, yes, we got busy and drifted apart."

  4. Oh Nutty, I wasnt aware of that! In that case, they've invested, and there will be articles... "Moving on after Heartache" etc...

  5. Every day another blind about an actor who had no control over who directed the movie being somehow held responsible for their actions.

Its about the LIES he told over what he knew, you idiot. he didnt have to say that absolutely ridiculous, transparent, self-serving feigning of ignorance. People everywhere know he knew about Singer's history. He could have said it better when asked, but the way he lied infuriated (rightfully so) a LOT of people. The dodging of it all was quite manipulative and greedy. His success = is Singer's success, just like any actor winning an oscar in a woody allen film = woody allen's success - and thats the facts, not up for negotiation. dont be dense about it, and dont play dumb about it.

it doesnt matter though - tonight when he wins the oscar, it will show the lies paid off.

  7. Oh, the "lies paid off?"

Last week you were talking about how it was a new era in Hollywood and everyone who disagreed with you would be dead soon.

    Better get your story straight.

    Im sorry, what?

yea, the lies paid off for Malek, he got his oscar. does that make it right? No way. Will things change hopefully in Hollywood when it comes to this stuff? Yes, maybe. that seems like a pretty 'straight story' - also,

who are you and have you Really been triggered since last week over something I dont remember saying? I feel kind of honored, how influential of me!

bottomline: you need to chill out.

  11. I will NEVER watch that movie.

  12. Can you guys get along in the comments? I like you all better than the dlisted people (though some of them are here) and way better than the realitytea people.

  13. Nobody gets along here. That’s part of the charm of this place. It’s great to be able to tell others to GFY as necessary.

    1. I've seen a lot of people getting along actually but I guess it's all dependent on perception and frequency of visits here.

    2. Most get along, yes. You've been here for what, Astra? The last three months?
Not a fair example of this mostly decent online community.

    3. I’ve been reading this site for years. Since at least 2011. Just got a new phone a few months ago and could comment here again (think the last time I did/could was in 2014).

My point was, that get along, don’t get along, it’s all good and it’s always interesting and it’s nice to have a place where anyone can say anything they want. Which leads to drama and fights but it’s preferable to being a hive mind like say, Celebitchy.

    4. ❤Rosie❤ CDAN has brought me some great escapist fun. Many of the commenters here have made me laugh through the tears & put many smiles on my face.

The crazies come & go, but the real ones either lurk or scroll past all the attention whoring of the perpetual haters & their "meth fingers".

The blatant & purposeful race baiting is appalling, but I see them all as Archie Bunker naked, so the absurdity is not lost on me.

It is obvious many failed history & that critical thinking class that was MANDATORY (just like drivers ed use to be) at my high school. But I love it here most days.

  15. Dont think he deserves an Oscar after one movie that is decent. Many other more worthy actors out there.

  16. I’m not sure why there is such anger and hatred directed at Rami Malek. He was great in Bohemian Rhapsody, he’s insanely great in Mr Robot and his private life is his own goddamn business. The snide comments referencing his sexuality are quite disgusting and shameful as well. Grow up, all of you, and that includes Enty too.

  17. There are a lot of different perspectives which is good.
Personally, while finding Singer vile and hoping that he is soon cast out for good I cannot transfer my disgust to Rami Malek nor to Bohemian Rhapsody. Why should Malek's career and this entertaining product suffer because they are associated with Singer? I think people are frustrated with how hard it is to get rid of disgusting pedophiles let alone standard-issue perverts in the entertainment industry. They're dug in deep, for sure but it's fair to take it out on innocent bystanders. It's not reasonable to expect Rami Malek to talk down his break out movie. You wouldn't if you were in his shoes, don't kid yourselves. Also, I suspect that a lot of this anti BR/Malek is from competing Oscar campaigns.

  18. Honestly, if Rami steals that Oscar from Christian Bale, we'll know just how ridiculously biased towars bribing the Academy is (not that we didn't already but this would be the final nail in the coffin).

I mean, I'm still hoping Colman gets her Oscar this year, too, but I can see another fix with Glenn Close being handed the award to keep her sweet.

    Corrupt as fuck.

  19. Nutty_Flavor, thank you. Some of the newer commenters on here are SJW assholes. Not necessary in a harmless gossip escapist website environment fo sho.

  20. Viggo or Willem are my frontrunners. Hoping the Academy sends a giant FU musseage to the pedos of Hollywood

  21. Glenn Close will win only for recognition of her entire career of work and then they won't have to give her an honorary one a year or so before she dies like so many others.

  22. Rami won. Not that piece of shit Bryan Singer. Rami. And he deserved it.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Oh and off topic but the stunningly fabulous Olivia Colman won as well. Frankly that made my night.

  24. i can't believe how mediocre bohemian rhapsody is

bryan singer direction was so fucking dull , did the studio force him to keep it PG 13

as much as i despise polanski and mel gibson at least their films are excellent

    chinatown, apocalypto two masterpieces imo

  25. I can't believe Rami won! He was lip singing for Pete's sake, and he is taking PR advice from Kevin Spacey--'cause he thanked his faux girlfriend in his acceptance speech.

  26. So the oscars are the new Mtv movie awards uh..rami winning..gaga too..yiaks!
