Blind Item #9
This permanent A list model/reality host/actress/mogul did not put up one penny of a business she is opening. She told investors she was going to, but ended up putting nothing into the project. I think she realized it is great as a popup type thing, but not a permanent business.
Heidi?
ReplyDeleteKlum?
ReplyDeletetyra banks
ReplyDeleteElle McPherson?
ReplyDeleteTyra?
ReplyDeleteTyra - her new 'be a model' amusement park
ReplyDeleteIs this a smart business decision on her part or cheating?
ReplyDeleteTyra and her stupid theme park about models.
ReplyDeleteAre there any "Fashion Cafe"s still open? haha
modelland...original
ReplyDeleteTyra is so funny without even trying, you just look at her and laugh ;)
ReplyDeleteShe'd be better off starting a Trailer Park for models... for when their yachting dries up
ReplyDeleteJF: where will their old-ass ugly male clients go? Perhaps TB can open a shark water park and feed them with clients.
ReplyDeleteThey'll obviously still live in their mansions and yachts counting their money. I don't think they really need a Ratfacekowski, Tyra, or a Hadid to sort out their financial affairs or plan their retirement.
DeleteI don't understand how Tyra Banks' career took such a nosedive. 10 years ago she was everywhere and her talk show was popular, albeit, ridiculous at times. Don't know what she's thinking with this theme park.
ReplyDeleteTheme park? Probably not a lot of food stands.
ReplyDelete@Stevie Nixed - Ha! Right? Just cigarette machines and coffee bars!
ReplyDeleteAnd coke stands, Parissuxors. *snort*

ReplyDeleteYes! And one the "attractions" is a visit with a "doctor" and you get your very own Adderall prescription as a souvenir!
ReplyDeleteTyra Banks. I wonder if they will have any eat and purge restaurants? Or a special exhibit honoring Leo D - (he is the patron saint of models)?
ReplyDeleteYachters are like buses, there's always another one coming round the corner.
ReplyDeleteThat “theme park” is the fucking dumbest idea I have ever heard of.
ReplyDeleteThe prizes at the game where you throw darts at the balloons could be a measuring tape, or a bag of cotton balls.
ReplyDeleteThis is even more classic than...
ReplyDelete"The Derek Zoolander Centre for Kids Who Can't Read Good"
Comments are hilarious!
ReplyDeleteBut, guys, this is coming from her Harvard degreed brains!!! It's gotta be genius!
How, after Fashion Cafe, would anyone think, only problem is it needed to be bigger!? Also heard there are plans for multiple locations.
Like Ent said, pop up novelty, epic landmarks...NO! Kind of reminds me of the Producers, and all of the investors were just looking for future tax write-off?
Fashion Cafe was ahead of its time.. it was so fucking stupid it was awesome.. i remember going to the one in New Orleans in the 90s.. the waiters there would sashay down the runway with you order lololol so fucking ridiculous but over the top and awesome.. and its just hilarious to eat at a place celebrating an industry where most in it throw up everything they have ever eaten
ReplyDeleteTyra specifically said this is not going to be a popup.
ReplyDeleteIf it was a themed zoo w/ various model exhibits and cages. I would definitely go!!
ReplyDeleteCould watch them fling poo at each other. Interactive pens where you could feed them Adderall... And even a heavy petting zoo zone would be a big hit.
