Tbh it's not very easy to get screenplays optioned out in Hollywood or even get someone in a studio to read them, and these people are usually broke and desperate.
Yep, Singer and either Harris or Dougherty. As much as I hate to say it, because I love Trick R Treat, this is likely Dougherty more than Harris since Singer exec produced that movie (his directorial debut) and he's had the better career of the two if you look at imdb (he's directing the new Godzilla right now.)
