ReplyDeleteShay seems, at least to me, like someone who could spend hours and hours chit chatting about literally anything with literally anyone. thus i doubt anythings actually going to happen between those two - especially if its Penn Badgely. after working with gorgeous women on Gossip Girl for so many years, i think he's learned how to control his urges
