Our celebrity CEO is running out of tricks up his sleeve. He had big plans for that new car model. It was supposed to be a lot less expensive when originally promised. Instead, it was only somewhat less expensive, and the quality is terrible. People are finding that out, and there is nothing he can do about it.
Elon Musk/Tesla

Strange, all the people I see driving them seem pretty happy.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine has one, and he loves it.
ReplyDeleteLove my Tesla!
ReplyDeleteDamn, I thought this was going to be William Clay Ford. /sarcasmoff
ReplyDelete+1 Lurky, other companies are dumping their sedans but Tesla is the one having problems?
ReplyDeleteGreat car
ReplyDeleteGrow up
If you are dumb/gullible enough to buy a tesla...
ReplyDeleteAww poor Hedge and Enty, tesla stock is up to 339 and change today and up for the year from about 300. Poor bloodsucking bastard Hedge. Try again, if you have any money left after you fucked up your Tesla and Netflix shorts.
ReplyDeleteWhy does this Musk event seem so similar to the John Delorean saga?
ReplyDeleteHey, Readers/Posters/Commentators!
ReplyDeleteI have some sage advice.
Don't buy a Tesla!
=)
Noone buys a Tesla,
ReplyDeleteThey sort of buy 80% of a tesla, the taxpayers fund the other 20% to promote green religion.
Then you sort of lease the expensive battery bit.
Can I even respond without Doxing Suppiers?
ReplyDeleteOn Second thought, the Tesla Company is one of the finest quality, and well run companies in the world. I would recommend buying a Tesla, watching NBC, seeing the Homes & Sherlock movie, subscribing to HBO, and drinking Diet soda.
It’s your money, so spend it the way you see fit.
I have a Model 3 and love it. No complaints here (or from anyone I know who also has one).
ReplyDeletePeople are supposedly upset because the car is less expensive than promised but not shockingly less expensive? Riiiiiiight....
ReplyDeleteThere's lots of stuff on here to doubt, but none of them seem like quite so much of a campaign as the Musk blinds. Pretty sure it's paid for by someone is trying to short the stock.
I imagine the best part of being a Tesla driver is throwing shade at all the smug hybrid drivers for ruining the environment with their gas guzzlers. ;)
ReplyDeleteNot me though, I'm still trying to find a good source of ethanol free gasoline.
A million dollars to anyone who can figure out any other reasonable solution to this Blind that fit the "clues" and isn't Elon Musk.
ReplyDeletePresumably, all the Musk blinds are blinds only to avoid being sued.
Musk is like a cat that seems like he's going to fall, but manages to land on his feet.
ReplyDeleteRegardless of what one thinks of Musk today and his drug use and mental health struggles, the fact remains that he's the first person in decades to start a successful commercial production car company in the consolidated, government-subsidized American auto industry - which doesn't welcome competition - and keep it in business for 15 years. That should count for something.
ReplyDelete@Bec, The man just wanted to make space rockets and electric cars, and for that they try to crucify him every chance they get. It's like you're not even allowed to dream in this country anymore.
ReplyDelete+1 Akhaldan Solo....I've been thinking the same.
