Wonder what was on offer to go so light?
ReplyDeleteMaking America Grrrreat.
ReplyDeleteMaking America Glitter Great!
DeleteI sure hope they got some information or something out of him in exchange.
ReplyDeleteHe's let everybody and their underage brother know that if he goes to jail, he's going to spill the beans about everything he knows in Hollywood and D.C. and he knows everything. Spacey's never going to jail. That said, he should not go to jail for the offense he is currently in trouble for. The young man was of age...period. At some point in life you have to learn to deal with and cope with being groped while drunk in a bar. Grow TF up people. I'm sure Spacey deserves to be in prison for other offenses, just not this one.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't matter. He'll never go to prison. It's really okay, punishment for Spacey will be that he will not get to be an actor. He will not get those Oscar bait character roles. For a person with his ego and pride, that will surely be punishment, not enough of course, but sometimes we have to take what we can get.
If Spacey is threatening to blow the lid off of Hollywood, that would piss some very powerful people off. These are the kind of people who would arrange for Spacey to have a fatal "accident" than pay him off. It would probably be cheaper to kill him and cover it up than to pay him. I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if it was announced that he had died.
ReplyDeleteCould be, @Todd.
ReplyDeleteIf he doesn't, though, I predict he will be back in 10-15 years, doing "interesting" old man roles à la Christopher Plummer.
:He’s always been creepy and I’ve never like his character playing either.
ReplyDeleteGarden of Eden
Rich people going to jail? not in the US, especially after Obama's attorney general.
ReplyDeleteHere comes the Obama bullshit.
DeleteGet over it, Trump is the reason this country is in the toilet, fuckhead.
It's assholes like you who look backwards that make this country look like shit to the rest of the world.
Jackass.
You don't have to sign your posts.
DeleteHence the arrogant video, i guess.
ReplyDeleteThis shouldn't shock anyone. It's not because they have something on anyone else ect ect- it is because these are generally weak cases. Think about it - fanboy so eager to hang with celeb he lies about age, drinks heavily, gets groped in party like atmosphere (would love to see video of how it actually went down- was there any resistence ect). We all know about previous allegations but that generally would not be allowed as evidence in trial for current allegation. In a vacuum most would wonder how this is even getting charged a couple of years later. Not condoning a serial abuser but this is how it often works in our legal system. You can't pick and choose which accused's legal constitutional protections you want to use.
ReplyDelete@Davina, if it was non-consensual age doesn't matter, it's still sexual assault. Also he didn't just grope him, he reached into the busboy's pants and pulled his d!ck out. I'm not sure what bars you're used to, but stripping someone and/or grabbing their bare genitals against their will is not the norm for most bars.
ReplyDeleteWhat? The bars in Tijuana don't seem to mind!
DeleteAND, if I had a dollar for every time I was groped at a bar....
I could buy a belt, that restricted unauthorized access. However, I find groping to be a form of flattery... I rue the day that im no longer considered gropable
And no, he doesn't need to threaten to reveal anything because pedos are already in the justice system and protect their own. The only question is whether he walks or gets carried by six. Him releasing information was never part of the equation. Not to mention all the sh!t he'd have to implicate himself in anyway.
ReplyDeleteWhat that means is he has friends in high places who share his predilection for young boys and violence (and I am sure that there are plenty...) and cut a deal to Not Name Them, and gets a slap on the wrist and a new movie deal. btw, I turn off any movie that include spacey or any of these PIGDOGS. The system is filled purposefully for just this sorta stuff.
ReplyDeleteSpacey said as much in that bizarre video - he will tell all.
ReplyDeleteThe judge in this case would have no deal in place though, since it's going to trial which diminishes the judge's control. If it came out that a judge made a deal, before trial, he'd be ousted quickly. Hell of a thing to risk on a worm like Spacey.
There's plenty of case's of sexual assault and rape where people get no jail time and don't even have to register as a sex offender. If you have powerful connections even more so.
ReplyDeleteThe justice system doesn't work well in cases like these it's why so man people don't report it.

Hey Enty--didn't Spacey fly around with that child molester who's in jail now? Remember all those trips on that private jet he took with Clinton too? Is he trading info on them to get a plea deal? Is that why he was so creepy in that video? Leaving a message for Clinton and his other high-flying "friends"?
ReplyDelete@FA - lolollol LOLOLLOOLL ROTF L MOTFLMAO
ReplyDeleteYou are referring to Jeffery Epstein and his Lolita Express and I can assure you he is already out of his paltry 11-month sentence during which he only slept overnight at jail and he is already back to his old tricks. Recent article about how the entire police department hushed up the case and cut him slack.
Nobody is paying any prices for any of this. If any of you ever read The Franklin Cover-Up (non-fiction written by US senator) you might begin to understand how horrifically pervasive this stuff is in law enforcement and more. It's ... awful.
Nobody's getting in any trouble. It's so f'ed up.
@LEANNE
ReplyDeleteSure! But judges don't make deals with defendants before trials, there are other ways, but not that one. See below about a compromised prosecutor who now serves Trump.
@FA
You mean the child rapist who was given a cushy sentence, whose court case was sealed by Trump's current Secretary of Labor - Alexander Acosta? Who exactly is in bed with the pedos here? What else? Acosta KEPT THE DEAL SECRET FROM EPSTEIN'S VICTIMS so they wouldn't show up at his sentencing before the judge.
@hunter
Blame this administration who keeps hiring the people who cover for pedos, then. Rudy Guiliani, Alan Dershowitz, Ken Starr, Steve Bannon...
OMG... Are you saying Russia did it?
DeleteWe don’t know whether or not a deal was made. But I wouldn’t be surprised if KC gets off. (No pun intended.)
ReplyDeleteThere are several facts that do not support the victim:
He approached Spacey, lied about his age, drank 8 drinks (beer & whiskey within less than 90 minutes), gave Spacey his phone #, and supposedly blacked out that evening (according to his testimony.) He said that Spacey had his hand down his pants for 3 minutes, yet he did nothing? Punch him in the face, kick him in the balls, scream, NOTHING? And when Spacey went to the bathroom another patron had to tell him to run? What the hell? If someone comes on to me inappropriately, even verbally, I make a scene. I actually punched someone in the jaw once to stop him from trying to sexually assault me.
His biggest issue is his mother who won’t shut the f**k up. He’s 20 now, speak for your damn self.
I think Spacey should burn in hell, but I don’t think he’ll be convicted in this case. I also think, as I’ve thought for awhile, that he’ll be suicided. Soon.
@FA
ReplyDeleteEpstein was very good friends with Trump, too. As a matter of fact, Epstein's black book had 14 private contact numbers for Donny.
If you look at the facts, nobody is going to be able to prosecute this. You couldn't prosecute it against a bus driver much less a rich dude with great lawyers. It's a crap case. Spacey has done some shit, but this particular one - no.
ReplyDelete@Aquagirl
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with your take on what makes this a difficult case. One thing though - you can't fault a victim for not fighting off their assaulter. In that moment, they could be drugged or drunk or simply trying to pacify the perp before they have a chance to escape (which this young fellow did after being alerted to his chance.)
The 20-year-old was most likely urged by the prosecution NOT to talk because it would negatively effect the case. It looks like he is ready to testify in court. Patience. We'll be hearing an earful soon.
@JR
ReplyDeleteYou sound like a slut. I'm sure you don't want to be viewed that way, or do you?
There are many, many victims of more serious offences who have not yet gone to the police for fear of having their lives ruined. I know several of them personally and all they want is to move on and forget it ever happened. But Spacey should not sleep too soundly.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeletethe spacey video clearly threatens the powers that be
