Blind Item #6

This former back in the day A- list mostly television actress who is arguably more famous now, despite not really acting at all any longer is begging for a defamation suit being filed against her which would bankrupt her just in legal fees. She always blames someone else other than herself. If what she says is true, then go to court and change things. She won't because she knows everything she did.

  2. I've never met her
    but she sounds pretty bad.
Despite this, I celebrate the voice it's given to so many people and the chance to speak up.
    That is a beautiful thing

  3. Tricia13 - but that would be a seriously legally ethical problem. The lawyers would be conflicted out of representing HW if they represented McGowan.

  5. this hiring of ex-lawyers of the plaintiff is a trick that a lot of disreputable business people use and is unethical. The lawyers cannot continue to work for him. It is done to banrupt the person who has to keep hiring new lawyers and paying them.

  6. @Mischi is right, oldest trick in the book for rich sleazeballs, all the good lawyers are on their payroll, not necessarily on the case at hand.

  7. ALyssa MIlano and her tweets against the Covington boys?

There is a lawsuit in the works, and instead of dialing back after the truth came out, she doubled down saying the boys were still bad people because they promote pro life.

    1. I hope they sue that bucked toothed bitch. She’s the epitome of “nasty woman”, her and Ashley Judd. It’s amazing how it’s ok to attack underage teens for simply standing there while being harassed, but other of age “teens” can commit crimes and yet, they’re just CHILDREN and how dare you say a word against them?! It’s insane.

  10. "If what she says is true, then go to court and change things. She won't because she knows everything she did."

Doesn't sound like it's about Alyssa Milano, baseball's favorite slumpbuster, mouthing off, everyone knows what she said.

  11. +1 Tricia, you got it. Although betting on Enty's hatred of Rose McGowan is always a sure thing. Jilted lover or did she perhaps steal his skateboard? ;)

    https://pagesix.com/2019/01/23/rose-mcgowan-claims-harvey-weinstein-bought-off-her-lawyers/

"Rose McGowan blasted her former lawyers on Wednesday for agreeing to represent her nemesis, Harvey Weinstein, against sex-assault charges — and claimed it was part of a plot that resulted in her pleading no contest to misdemeanor drug possession last week."

“This is a major conflict of interest but I knew there was shadiness going on behind the scenes,” McGowan told The Daily Beast on Wednesday.

“This is why my case didn’t go to trial — my instinct was my lawyers had been bought off.”

The “Scream” actress added: “I thought Harvey would get to them behind the scenes and I wouldn’t have fair representation.”
