Seriously, could've just shared a bedroom. Wasn't he almost murdered? He probably has some PTSD and doesn't like to be alone. I honestly believe entity is sicker in the head than those he writes about, he's also a complete pig towards all women.
As an adult I've shared bedrooms with family members, didn't mean I shagged them or would even consider it, y' know 'cause WTH, that would be disgusting and they are family. Maybe entity is projecting.
To the "nothing is wrong 2 family member sharing the same bedroom" commenters. Yeah, you right, it's usually nothing wrong with that. BUT! Un Liz's case it's very different. Rumors about incest is surrounding her for a while now. Why is the nephew even with her and (But apparently not her son) in India?... And speaking of the son, why she let herself film or photographed by him (and then posting that on instagram) in more then questionable situations and positions? Quite honestly I wouldn't be surprised if she had sex with both of them already. With the nephew I give it almost 100%.

The only one spreading 'RUMOURS' (y' know rumours don't equate to facts right?) or insinuating some grotesque incest is entity who literally demeans women on this blog using a consistently misogynistic narrative (that's me putting it nicely) and don't even get me started on how he unashamedly names and speaks disgustingly of abuse victims, but will forgo the opportunity to name the majority of abusers except a select few. He also admittedly so hates Liz H with a passion, eg. 'I really dislike Liz Hurley so if you ever see her name anywhere in the blog, chances are that she has done something wrong or slightly wrong and I am exaggerating the hell out of it to make it even look worse.' - entity.
