Blind Item #2

There is a convicted murderer publicly hanging out with a way underage C list social media celebrity.  The killer previously admitted to having sex with a 14 year old boy, in a book about 2 decades ago.  Of course, it’s really rape, since 14 year olds can’t consent.

  3. Desmond is the 11 year kid who does drag shows at bars on saturday nights in NYC, where he dances while people throw dollar bills at him. Alig is only part of his worries

    1. How is that even legal?

    2. Its not legal and it's the reason phones must be surrendered at the club door.

  4. this is so despicable.

  5. The kid’s mom is a super-lefty who paints any objections as homophobia.

  6. The kid's mom is an opportunist and wanted to be a Club Kid. When that fell through she decided to mold her son into one and pimp him out.

There was video where Desmond pantomimed a ketamine bump in such a way that it was obvious he was very familiar with it.

  7. I'm surprised nobody has called CPS on this family. I know about the Jackie Coogan law, but there should be laws on parents making money off their minor children whether they are in showbiz or not! This child is in a ton of danger being around that psycho!

    1. They couldn’t do shit, the parents would scream homophobia or transphobia or bigotry of some kind and everyone would flip out and so a kid gets to continue to be abused. Poor kid.

  8. Alig or no Alig, kids don't belong in bars where adults meet each other for sex. Gay sex, straight sex, whatever. Some spaces really do need to be adults-only.

    1. That used to be a law, at least in my state. Kids couldn’t go into bars/clubs. The youngest allowed were 18 and only in some clubs, most were 21+. Must not be so up there, or there’s an exception because if you’re a “special class”, laws don’t apply to you. Enforcing laws there would probably be met with cries of homophobia and lots of comparisons to those gay riots from the 70’s (I think). So I doubt any law enforcement would bother. Too bad PR.

  9. Hmmm...this is a headscratcher. Read the HuffPo piece from a few years ago and an undated Rolling Stone piece on Alig since his reintroduction into society, but not the New York Times piece from 4 years ago. This does not appear to be a super good idea, but the bio on Desmond is filled with nothing but positivity and good vibes. Mother likened her support to a parent supporting their child in sports. The analogy is only consistent to a point. I don't know...I am just uptight about a celebrating a 10 year old in clubs. Sorry, but I think it's a bad idea, Mom.

    1. Who would be stupid enough to write anything even mildly critical of this kid? It would be met with frothing hysteria and cries of bigotry and transphobia, and the author/critic would be hunted down, fired, threatened and have their life destroyed by the Twitter outrage brigade. Of course it’s all going to be glowing praise, regardless of the truth. Nobody wants to be the first to stop clapping (or praising, in the modern day).

  10. Its only a matter of time before Alig fucks up again and ends up in prison or dead.

  11. Desmond might not even be gay, just a kid performing for the good vibes, who knows.

Most gay people aren't pedophiles and IMHO are more likely to look out for little Desmond but they are also a VERY crass and vulgar group for a youngster to learn about sex from. Definitely a generally unhealthy atmosphere.

I have a friend who performs in the same circles, I should ask him what he knows about Desmond.

    1. Pedophiles are everywhere and are every orientation. Any child, regardless of their own orientation, should be protected to the fullest possible extent, and not be paraded around adult spaces where extreme sexuality is almost required. I don’t care if it’s gay, straight or whatever. That kid has ZERO business there and this shit is only being allowed because he’s dressing in drag and in a gay club. I am not saying gays are pedos but if a person IS a pedo, all they have to do is see that children aren’t being protected in certain spaces (likely because people are scared of being called homophobic or transphobic) and go there. It isn’t doing this poor kid any favors to allow this, but nobody will stop it so I guess we will all have to sit here and post indignantly on the internet about it. That’s my plan, at least.

  12. This isn’t a blind, it was all over twitter yesterday. It’s already been reported on.

  13. @astraworthington i'm surprised NY state doesn't already have a law against people under 18 being in bars! I know in PA u aren't allowed unless it is a bar/restuarant.

    1. I am too, honestly. Maybe they do. But I don’t think that anyone would want to enforce it, because of the inevitable accusations of homophobia and transphobia that would be flung around. It’s awful, I’m not saying anything at all against gays or trans people, and I don’t think (at least I hope) most aren’t ok with this. Just that this type of child abuse is occurring there because the perpetrators KNOW that it’s essentially a space that cannot be policed/regulated like other places, due to it being a place for a “protected class” of people.

Imagine if a father was taking his 11 year old daughter to strip clubs and getting her to perform for men? That would be stopped immediately and the parent imprisoned and rightfully so. But this poor child’s scum bag parents are using the kid and the gay/trans community to shield them from any repercussions from their disgusting child abuse. Anyone regardless of orientation that is ok with this, is complicit in child abuse and should be prosecuted. Unfortunately that’s unlikely.

  14. Let's be honest, who actually enjoys watching 11 year olds dance? Unless it's your kid or relative at some school or recital thing, WTF? No wonder it eventually turned into some trans kid working the pole in NYC.

  19. It's not homophobic to point out that the mom is whoring out her kid and that's wrong. If it's not phobic to point that out about parents who whore out their kids in Hollywood - e.g., Lohan - it's not phobic here.

  20. What does an 11 year old working a pole at a bar have to do with gay? That's not gay.

  22. Desmond's "mother" needs to have her butt kicked to the nearest jail. This child needs a mother not an abuser.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Haven't heard from the Dad, but apparently both he and mom are unemployed and broke and perhaps living off of Desmond.

If Desmond likes dressing in drag, dressing in drag at home is totally cool. Or at school or dance team or theater club or wherever else he wants to live his kid life.

Big leap from there to dancing in front of adult customers who throw money.

  24. This made me think of how a very young Michael Jackson and his brothers used to be dragged around to nightclubs to perform before they found fame. From the age of 6/7, he says in his autobiography that he’d watch strippers perform from the wings and that sometimes the big reveal would be that the women were actually men. I can’t imagine how such a young child would even begin to process seeing things like that. We know in that case it didn’t end well. I don’t care what orientation the clubs this boy is performing at are, they are adult establishments and not appropriate for children. I do worry for his future, even more so knowing who’s ‘looking after’ him.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Little boys just don't get the same protection as little girls. A lot of guys in attendance at the bar left and said it was not appropriate on social media and yelp. this is not a gay thing, this is a child protection thing.

In NYC, btw, kids can be in bars if they serve food.

Also what adult is "friends" with a non-relative 13 year old? Even if it is not sexual, Alig seems to want to relive his Club Kids glory days through Desmond, like he is his little mini me. That is kind of exploitative. They are giving him all their old outfits from the 90s and having Desmond post them on Insta.

  26. This is sad that a mother knowing what's going on in the entertainment field right now.
I think he's too young to be in a bar period and I said the same thing about Madonna's son in the club with her..

  27. I wasn't allowed to play with makeup or high heels until I was about his age, because it's "grown up" wear. Occasionally I could around the house, but mum was very strict on it and is also a real lefty/Liberal. I'm a woman, this isn't about freedom of expression its about adults and kids. I'm afraid Desmond and Lactatia (fucked up name for any drag queen, let alone a child) will be the victims that make some people wake up. Probably too late.
