Blind Item #1

This A- list dual threat actor who is getting a lot of award season love for a movie is playing dumb in his latest round of trying to dodge questions about the director of his movie that is garnering the awards. If anyone would ever ask a followup, his story would fall apart.

  6. i loved Mr Robot then it got political

it referred to Hillary losing the election as "choosing weakness over strength"

  7. @Joey He was fired at the end of production. The Atlantic article says Singer abandoned the shoot and was fired three weeks prior to the end.

  8. @Joey

he was 'fired' after shooting over 97% of the movie

Graham King STILL uses the excuse that it was bc Bryan Singer was caring for an ailing parent, he said that at the PGA

Rami Malek just wants an oscar, and is a lying piece of shit

  9. No way Rami had no clue. Even if he lived under a rock, someone would have clued him in the second he was considering taking the job. He just didn't care if it was true or not.

  10. Being in a show with Christian Slater is bad enough...

  11. I wish I could believe Rami but his "explanation" is week. He states he was so busy preparing for the role he had no time to think about who was directing the movie? If I put all that effort into my craft and character, I would make damn sure I was going to have a great director. I'm not even in HW, and heard the rumors, so if you are in the business, YOU HEARD.

  12. The paying public gave him 800 million reasons to not care, all over the world!Stay weird Rami!

  13. What follow up question? Like did u know the Bryan Singer is a pedo rapist?

    ReplyDelete
  14. This doesn't excuse any part of it, but apparently it was RM who went to the studio and eventually got BS fired.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I think the studio knew for a long time. They didn't "fire" him because Malek complained. They did so, to the extent they did so, because they feared bad publicity.

    No heroes involved.

  16. Haha Rami, you fisheyed f*ck, stay weird. By the Spacey/Singer clock you've probably got 20yrs before they dig out your skeletons too.

borhap stans love to say 'rami helped get bryan singer fired, yay rami!'

um no, thats not what happened at all, but keep lying to make you feel better about your stanning!

Rami's statement was so morally deaf and such an obvious lie, it blows my mind. luckily most people arent falling it and people all over the internet are calling rami malek out for lying.

  18. Singer has responded to the article now, calling it a 'homophobic smear campaign'

LMAO, yes, please, go the kevin spacey route and pretend this is about homophobia. see how that works for you!

    1. Why wouldn’t he try that? If a criminal or sicko, that happens to be gay, gets called out, they immediately try the homophobia defense. Why wouldn’t they try and cash in on their privileges class status? It’s disgusting, but it works so many times that they must believe it’ll work every time. It certainly is working in the case of Desmond the drag kid.

  19. I really hope Willem Dafoe gets the Best Actor Oscar this time.

  20. @Brayson, you really think we will have film stars in 20 years? I believe they will be replaced be humanoids by then. No dates problems, they dont need to be paid and no controversies!

    ReplyDelete
  21. @yep, certainly, but they'll be getting paid a lot less. People are cheaper than machines or CGI. That's why every other damn spaceship or scifi series has characters discussing great moral or philosophical dilemmas in rooms or hallways. The writers don't give a sh!t about that stuff, they're just killing time to save money on special effects.

  22. Why was this story released the day after the Oscar nominations were announced?

    ReplyDelete
  23. To hopefully have the most impact, of course. Ain't it grand when assholes get called out?

    1. Yes, but I'm not sure it wasn't done by one of his competitors

  24. CGI is no substitute for the real thing but the real thing needs to be there because of talent and entertainment capacity. These interchangeable actors are all starting to look and act the same. Might as well be CGI.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Obv this is supposed to be Rami Malek who DOES have talent and IS entertaining. The role in Bohemian Rhapsody was made for him. Of course he jumped at it regardless of the grudgingly attached Pervert. People only get one chance and this was his chance. No reasonable person could blame him for going for it.

'the role in bohemian rhapsody was made for him'

"no reasonable person could blame him for going for it"

  27. also @Amartel

a lot of people are critical of his blase response when asked about knowing about singer's allegations, which is totally understandable and comes off as disrespectful and selfish

    ReplyDelete
  28. People get one shot in the entertainment industry and this was his shot.
He's not responsible for sorting out the Bryan Singer mess for the rest of us. Blaming him for not messing up his chance on the eve of stardom just for your internet gossip site delight is silly. He should never have been asked the question in the first place. It's not his doing.

This is common sense and does not require citation.
Go find something real to be outraged about. It's not like there's a shortage of real things to be outraged about.

    ReplyDelete
  29. The Bryan Singer situation existed long before Rami Malek came along. The Bryan Singer situation has been ongoing for decades and NOBODY DID ANYTHING.
    Blaming Rami Malek is deflection.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Oh bullshit. Malek dragged his ass up there to issue his obviously carefully worded pack of lies within HOURS of the story breaking. He might not be responsible for "sorting out" Brian Singer, but he will forever be the thirsty actor who when called out about HIS CHOICE to work with a child rapist, pretended to know n-o-t-h-i-n-g. And you know what they say about telling lies....

Hmm just remembering all the blinds about Malek being gay and recently engaging a fresh new beard to drag around on the red carpet. But that never happens in Hollywood so THAT COULDNT BE TRUE EITHER.

I have been knocking around CDAN the past two Oscar seasons, and have witnessed frantic I KNOW NOTHING and ITS ART SO WHAT memes before; the main thing I have learned here is that "Hollywood" is filled from top to bottom with scumbags.

    1. The next step is to stop funding any aspect of it. Don’t purchase their products, ever. We do have some power, the power to boycott pedophiles and perverts and predators. If everyone stopped supporting them, they’d lose their power. Even if it didn’t work, it’s still the right thing to do.

once again, your opinion isnt fact, [citation needed] - sorry it bothers you.

also, if you want to make excuses and suck lying rami malek's dick on here, go do it in private. and when you're done, you can suck bryan singer's poisonous cock. come back when you aren't an idiot.
