You will notice that in a war with several trolls, this A- list mostly television actress from multiple hit shows under the same corporate umbrella didn't deny one of things of which was accused to lose weight. My guess is that she specifically asked her doctor for them, knowing what the side effect would be.

Cool, thanks. Could we have it in english?
ReplyDeleteAdderall
ReplyDeleteyep, adderall or ritalin, both are amphetamines...in the same chemical class as METHamphetamies. weight loss often follows..
ReplyDeleteAdderall also breaks some people out in acne and the ticks
ReplyDeleteAdderall also makes some people horny.
ReplyDeletecan relate to that @brayson lol
ReplyDeleteYes commas are your friend, ffs. Ariel Winter does look lovely. I hope she keeps it stable here and doesn't turn into a twig.
ReplyDeleteFor adults, the weight loss effect tapers off after continued use unless you keep increasing the dose and flirting with a spinout into psychosis.
ReplyDeleteAdderall is also a truly wonderful drug for some of us. I’ve suffered from chronic fatigue for years. The first time I took it I actually cried because I finally felt “normal” again. It is the only thing I have found (and i’ve tried just about everything) that allows me to be able to work, manage my home, and most importantly, play an active role and be “present” in the lives of my kids. It gave me my life back and I am greatful.
ReplyDeleteMe too! I feel your pain I take it for the same reason.
DeleteAdderall can definitely cause psychosis, wouldn't mess with it
ReplyDelete@Jennerationb how did you find someone to prescribe it? I've been trying to find a Dr. for years.
ReplyDeleteRitalin does not cause weight loss at least as an adult.
ReplyDeleteAdderall has that great side effect of weight loss. I lost 27lbs in 7 months. If you use it as prescribed it isn’t a horrible drug.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could find a dr to prescribe it to me. I feel so scatterbrained most of the time. My thoughts are on their own personal hamster wheel 24/7.
ReplyDeleteritalin isn't an amphetamine you idiots. it's called methylphenidate, it's much more similar to cocaine than amphetamine
ReplyDeleteRitalin does cause weight loss in adult - source? I have ADHD and had to start meds last year for study. And @doghands is absolutely correct! It is Methylphenidate, works on Dopamine receptors. It sold under many names, Ritalin being the most well known brand. No ADHD drug is METH!! So funny...and I actually sleep on stimulants too!
ReplyDeleteAdderall is a mix of amphetamine salts, as is dexamphetamine, there are many ADHD meds available, including non stimulants - Strattera for one - which works on the Noradrenaline receptors. But side effects of all are horrendous, just smoke weed i say!
All these ADHD meds mess about with your neurones and emotions, be very very careful if you do take them. I prefer usual amphetamine rather than pharmaceutical but I gave that up years ago...
