All 5 plus the 5th grade music teacher and the nice whom I didn't have a class with. But especially my 2nd grade teacher who tormented me to 'turn' my right handed. Frau Steinbaugh.
1. Grade 1 - Mrs. Ballerina 2. Grade 2 - Mrs. Barth (there was a reason why we all called her Mrs. Barf) 3. Grades 3&4 - Mrs. Glover 4. Grade 5 - Mr. Thompson 5. Grade 6 - Mrs. Thompson (not related, and at a different school)
I remember all except one. Can picture what they looked like and some of the things that happened in class. Remember my music teacher and my kindergarten teacher. Remember the plays and parts I had in the plays. Remember my mom making costumes and my Mimi coming down from where she lived ( 4 hour drive) to help me work on my dance routine and then to watch me in play.
I can remember the teachers of both classes for the 1st-3rd grade. I can see the face of my fourth grade teacher. Cannot remember anything about the 5th and 6th grade teachers.

Kindergarten - Mrs. O'Keefe 1 - Miss Smith 2 - Miss Dana 3 - Miss Dana 4 - Mrs. Gunther 5 - Miss Wolinin 6 - Mrs. Peller 7 and 8 - Mrs. Lynch - English, Miss Hebusch - social studies 7 - Mr. Feinberg/Mr. Priore - 8, Miss MacKrell - science and I can't remember the math teacher !!!!! And I am an accountant.
I’ve had to wrack my brain for this one: can only get the Head Teacher Miss Willis (lovely lady) and one other Miss Something Beginning With H. I feel old.
You all give me hope my kids will remember me! I am an elementary teacher, special ed. I remember teachers who showed special interest in me, like Mr. Forgey, the librarian who introduced me to Wizard of Oz books.amd I remember the mean teacher who showed favoritism to some kids and was mean to others- Mrs. Apple. I hope my kids remember me as someone who loved them and taught them to read.
I remember the names of my kindergarten teachers, Mrs. Manning and Mrs. Solotaroff. They taught us how to put on our "thinking caps" and gave us cookies and little cartons of milk. They seemed ANCIENT to me, and we 5 year old students called Mrs. Solotaroff "Mrs Solid Carrot" behind her back and thought it was hysterical.
Three, at the moment, but I remember more.
