I'm not sure why you expected someone who is an admitted child molester to change. This former reality star all of you know and not on MTV was spending time with a young family member and was caught doing what he did before. Nothing will happen to him though. Just like nothing happened before.

ReplyDeleteA leopard doesn't change its spots. There have been so many people who were abused as children, who leave their children either with the same abuser, or with someone else who is equally abusive. It's as though the predators walk into a room and ask who has been sexually abused, and gravitates towards all those raised hands. Then they make friends with them and abuse their children. It's not even unusual when the victims tell, that the rest of the family members and friends rally around the perpetrator. Seriously, people need to stop giving them more chances and prosecute them.

ReplyDeleteNothing happens because the family is locked down tight on all of Josh's transgressions and leave it up to their religious community to deal with it. So yeah, nothing but a lot of prayer will be happening. The last time Josh molested an outsider (as opposed to a family member), he was forced to shave his head in front of the whole church. They threatened him that if he didn't shave his head, the girl he molested would be forced to shave hers (cuz she was culpable, too!) Nice folks!
ReplyDeleteAnna will never leave him. Her education consists of being a slave to the lord through her husband. If Josh had any decency at all, he would leave her to find her own life on his dime. But of course he doesn't, so his family is screwed.
Another thing -
ReplyDeleteYou can bet your ass that the men the Duggar girls married have their own secret dominance issues, their own inabilities to except responsibility and blame women for all that is wrong in the world. How could the Dugger women choose otherwise with Jim Bob and Josh as their template for the male psyche?
