It won't be long before this foreign born permanent A list model is out the door of her marriage. She thought she was getting wealth beyond belief, but now, she might end up being a witness in a criminal trial.
Isn't the SEC like the Keystone Cops, the Barney Fife of Wall Street? Like occasionally they stumble into a bad guy but most of the time they're just trying to find their one bullet?
SNAP wrote of >$1B in R&D in their first quarter as a public company, after previewing figures as a private company that were not close to that. This is straight FRAUD.
I'm sure Speigel will pay a small fine and walk away plenty wealthy.
No, they do pretend to fail but their role is to protect the criminal cartels, read "institutions". It's a revolving door, they go after two bit cons but never touch Goldman Sachs and pals.
Better than the previous motto which was; If you're an in-law, we may set you up with a prostitute, film it and attempt to blackmail you. (look it up!)
@Brayson- The SEC finds bag actors all. the. time. Their job is to determine whether or not prosecuting the bad actions they've uncovered will do more long term damage to the company/market/economy than giving a slap on the wrist and allowing the company to skate by. The reason banks weren't prosecuted after the 2009 recession has nothing to do with whether or not there was fraud and EVERYTHING to do with whether or not bankrupting the banks would cause another crisis.
It is Snapchat/Kerr and Evan S... Snapchat said that the Dept of Justice and SEC are both investigating that management misled investors in the Snap IPO. Enty had another blind about Kerr maybe leaving him as he's not as rich as she thought he was....
@LLgator, I'm not seeing a lot difference between what you said and what GeeWally said lol. They're competent but only go after small timers? Too big to prosecute?
I know this a several days/weeks old, yet: Wasn't there some -ish that happened with Tom Brady a few years ago, something about his phone and messages were recovered that indicated f*ckery? Anyway - my guess is Giselle Bundchin
Miranda Kerr

ReplyDeleteMiranda Kerr?
ReplyDelete+1 everybody, wonder what the charges will be?
ReplyDeleteAlthough as a spouse she should be able to avoid testifying.
ReplyDeleteSupposedly the Department of Justice and Securities Exchange Commission are investigating the disclosures Snap made in its initial public offering.
ReplyDeleteIsn't the SEC like the Keystone Cops, the Barney Fife of Wall Street? Like occasionally they stumble into a bad guy but most of the time they're just trying to find their one bullet?
ReplyDeleteI was guessing Karlie Kloss and Kushner...
ReplyDeleteLol... thought it said she'd end up a waitress. I'd like that.
ReplyDeleteI said no fucking tomato!
@J, You're not alone, I thought it said waitress at first too lol

The Kushner family motto: Marry for the loot / Stay for the indictments.

I thought the Kushner family motto was: converting Christians one shiksa at a time.

ReplyDeleteAww.....More bad press for gold digger Miranda, after that embarrassing episode of returning the jewels her Asian john gave her.
ReplyDeleteMelania.

ReplyDelete@GeeWally, read "institutions," what's that, could you be more specific?
ReplyDeleteBased on the mottos, I’d love to see the Kushner family crest. Golden coins, blonde wasps, hookers and handcuffs.
ReplyDeleteKloss/Kushner
ReplyDeleteHow is it even possible for Miranda Kerr to be permanent A list? VS didn't even want her.
ReplyDeleteA google search can tell you that KK was born in the US.
