As awful as it is, I don’t think it is a crime. She consented to having the phone there, so he wasn’t hiding it. Hard to claim it’s a privacy violation when she agreed to have a smartphone in the room. Even in Calif, where you need both people to agree to recording, she basically agreed to it. And it wasn’t even recorded...so where are the felonies? Being on the phone, when she thought it was turned off? Since she saw the phone, she’d have to assume it might be on.
So Leo and Lukas watched? According to this site LDC has a limp noodle. What I want to know is who is having sex with Camila, maybe her real BF Joseph Perez?
