This former A+ list tweener is back in town for a bit again and is already hanging out with his LA based drug dealer and some of the same group that had multiple arrests the last time they all hung out as a group.

ReplyDeleteI struggle to recognize Carter as being A+, ever. I was a kid back when he was 'popular' and I don't think any of my friends were into him. Certainly not on Bieber or 1D level.
