I know our Academy Award winning actress wants to keep the marriage going for very personal reasons, but her husband has started taking women out in public now. How long are you going to put yourself through this?
I am loving this economy! I have bought more expensive shit in the last 2 months than I have in the last 8years. I’m talking cars and jewelry, luxury items.
I am enjoying it. I forgot how much fun it is to splurge. We bunker down in recessions and live below our means. It’s nice to have a little fun right now.
Does anyone care who this leading businessman is who got an injunction to prevent details of his alleged sexual harassment of women and racist language? If so I’ve had a tip that the person in question has a daughter who has a baby with a certain hot felon.
My investments have been going great! However, I don't want extra $$$ in exchange for harming the environment, or the abuse of human rights.
trump is a many-time failed "businessman." Of course the economy is gonna tank. trump is a con artist, he knows only about not paying his bills, and bilking people out of money.
The market is indeed about to tank, company greed and smoke 'n mirrors will cause it.
Around 2012 a clause was inserted in U.S. business law that effectively negated a law that was put in place just after the great depression which banned companies from buying their own stock back to inflate it's stock value. Multi nationals have actually been borrowing billions to buy back their own stock to inflate their market value. Stock buy back stood at $5trillion in the past couple of years, regular stock transactions stand at just $1.5trillon during the same time.
The Treasury is debating how to pull the plug on the loophole, if they just shut it down the market will tank , if they let it continue the over-inflated balloon will burst with the same result, most analysts give it a year, two at the most. The safest place for your money will be in gold or precious metal companies.
I'm actually enjoying it similarly. My home is paid for, my job is an essential service and although my salary almost never goes up, it's not going away either. I have been having a great time buying the luxury items of the @tatty 's of the world still new on ebay when they lose that income they brag about so much and have to sell it all for whatever I'm willing to pay for it.
I've been mostly in cash since last year. I missed some gains, but I'm feeling pretty great about it. Now, as for the market tanking affecting the election: not bloody likely. You think majority of Cheeto lovers are sensitive to stock market moves? They're surviving paycheck to paycheck, maybe they have a 401K they don't understand. It's not about that for them and it never was.
SAL T-That is exactly what I heard last night from a friend in London. I thought it was Richard Branson but he mentioned your choice as the one he thought it was. With all the bomb scares in Manhattan these days, his problem is the farthest thing from my mind. I practically live at the Time-Warner Center! Now I am hearing these bombs are bogus.
Oooh, burn lol,. I love a good certified pre owned item. I have investment personnel I pay to manage money. My house will be paid off this year. I will do just fine in the next recession, just like I did in the last one. I also like making smart purchases during the recessions when you can get great deals, but I am more discerning then and less splurgy.
Natalie Portman?
ReplyDeleteAnna Paquin in the DM today - is this one her?
ReplyDelete+1 i saw her on twitter defending him against women who had screengrabs of her husband pm'ing them on facebook - she said it was a fake account

ReplyDeleteDow falls more than 600 and wipes out all of this year's gains. Pays to be poor.
ReplyDeleteWow..what a day
DeleteJust in time for the mid-terms. I always said the best chance for Dems to win was if the economy burned.
ReplyDeleteYeah it's tough to make a marriage work if you don't stop cheating.

ReplyDeleteWell Apr for home loans is 4.5 percent and rising @tatty. None of that other stuff counts, only property.
DeleteEnjoy Tatty, because it is all coming to a close. It will be over within a year or so. Unemployment will rise again and into a recession we will go.

ReplyDeleteLook at that bonds market. hm. China going to pick up the slack there now?
ReplyDeleteWhy waste your money on crap, tatty? All of that junk is going to depreciate the moment after you buy it.
Cate Blanchet
ReplyDeleteThe economy will be fine especially when we say, "Bye bye Federal Reserve."!
