Everyone always assumes there has never been a closeted one season wonder. You would be wrong. In fact, one of the most popular one season wonders of all time was also closeted. He actually still is, but avoids calling attention to himself, even as he does any and all things to stay in front of the camera. I actually think he might be a replacement for the long time host who has been quietly trying to throw the former one season wonder under every bus and train he can find. Did the producers know? Maybe not when cast, but probably guessed when he didn't really show as much interest in the women as he did a certain male production assistant. They had a fling for a good year or so even while he was supposed to be planning his wedding.

I think Jesse Palmer is a decent guess. HOWEVER... if memory serves me correctly, I don't think he proposed to his final pick.

DeleteThey are saying that this person would take over as host, and they were one of the most popular. Also saying they are doing anything they can to stay on tv.... My guess would be Ben Higgins. He's definitely one of the most popular bachelors ever, he is coming back to TV but not ending up dating anyone (Winter games he wasn't ready, then back for bachelor in paradise, making another appearance. The only part I can't seem to figure out is that it seems the current host is supposed to be talking trash, and I don't think publicly Chris Harrison has... in fact, I can't think of any crop of popular bachelor people that are still on TV that Chris talks trash on.... unless this means behind the scenes, or he's being shady by suggesting him as bachelor again knowing that he's gay
ReplyDeleteI've only checked out the bachelors or men on the bachelorettes on occasion but I'm almost positive that at least 75 percent are gay.

I'm going with Jesse Palmer. He's been doing a lot of other hosting gigs, including a baking show and Daily Mail TV; Pavelka basically shows up on random reality shows and lets them make snide Bachelor references.
