I don't get Sarah Paulson. SHE usually dresses like a crazy person. Then whenever she manages to wear a decent dress, the styling is all wrong. Either wear your hair down or put on some jewelry or something.
@Brayson thank you! I didn't realize until now how badly I need Madeleine to graduate from Serpent to DC Villain. She would make an amazing Pam Isley <3
I want to dislike Joey King's dress but I just can't. If you simply must swathe yourself in enough fabric to make several dresses, this is the way to do it. Alison Brie's dress looks like a repurposed 70s pantsuit that was a disaster then and even worse now. I also want to dislike Michelle Dockery's dress because of the butterfly appliques but she looks so happy in it I really can't diss it. The most important thing about a dress is a wearer who looks confident and happy in it. Sarah Paulson's dress looks like it's ill-fitting and slipped down a few inches. Butt tape next time, Sarah.
I feel like the theme of the outfits this year was: "young women dress like princesses & middle aged mothers try to be sexy"
ReplyDeleteI'm confused. All these women look nice. Aren't they supposed to have gay designers dress them in outlandish costumes so we can make fun of them?
ReplyDeleteI don't like the bodice on Sarah's. Kristen is posing too hard but she looks great. LOVE the color of Joey's dress.

Holy Black Swan Sarah Paulson!
ReplyDeleteFor this round the clear winner is Madelaine Petsch with her subdued Poison Ivy ensemble, risky but she pulls it off with that hair and skin.
ReplyDeleteHonorable mention goes to Dakota Fanning for that beautiful green dress, mesmerizing fabric and fits perfectly.

Also the expression on Sarah's face---I've gotten warmer looks from the stone faces on Easter Island.
ReplyDeleteLove Dakota’s dress!
ReplyDeleteThe bodice of Sarah Paulson s dress is silly, and the skirt makes her legs look 2 feet long. The rest are lovely though.
ReplyDeleteRedressed are so expensive yet the fitting is so bad. Dakota and the redhead look great
