It really freaks me out that the long time tween show producer used to make all of the female tweens and teens watch a certain movie with him and now one of his favorites is paying permanent homage to that movie.

    Spirited Away is a story about children dissassociating...

    It's very occult themed, it ends with the girl going on a dangerous journey to turn her parents back into humans and escape from a spirit world.

    When she succeeds the parents don't remember anything.
