Acting on a tip from someone all of you know about two dozen videos and hundreds of photos of underage teens having sex with this A- list convicted child molester, the police and feds raided his home.It was way more than they suspected.
Well, looks like your time is up here, J. Now that we have reports of reporting we wont be needing your silly spamming. We'll miss you and have enjoyed your stay. Just kidding. Youre dumb. Bye Felicia✋
It's Saturday morning and people on CDaN are arguing about pedos. What a lovely way to start the day. Anyway, nothing is going to happen to that little shit unless he does actually go to prison. He's been getting away with this crap for way too long and no amount of BIs that say he'll get caught soon is going to change that.
Why would it be Kim or Kanye? It could have been multiple people who have seen his antics at this point. As if those two actually care enough to do that.
Maybe the someone we all know is Enty. Or a Himmmm. And trust, the K's read everything ever written about them, they surely heard of the not blind. I'm sure with the prior conviction,a lead about Tekashi69 would be taken seriously.
ROSIE ARE YOUR INITIALS CBF? ARE YOU A DRUNK,PERJURING BITCH,WHO HAS BASIC INSTINCT AND FATAL ATTRACTION ON NON STOP REPLAY? BET YOU'RE A PIANIST WHO IS DILIGANT @ DOING HER FINGERING EXERCISES EVERYDAY.KRIS KARDASSIAN COULD GIVE YOU A TUTORIAL IN ETHICS/MORALS. I'LL SEND FLOWERS,FELICIA!!!!!!!
Well yes I just read that with one eye closed and one foot on the ground and other than *possibly* being written in English, could barely understand it. So yes, im drunk.
"The cops wouldn't be able to obtain a search warrant based on a tip."
As always, you're and idiot, who refuses to let the fact you know noting stop you from speaking authoritatively on a subject. Obviously it depends on the quality of the "tip". If it is some anonymous person saying "Plot has kiddie porn on his laptop" click, then no there is no probable cause to obtain a search warrant. But if your gay lover calls with a tip: "My Boyfriend Plot who I have lived with for X years has Kiddie porn on his computer in his home office, and it makes me sick!" Guess whose home office and laptop is going to legally get searched???
Another know nothing pops up. A lawyer calling information into the police that he obtained in the course of his work with other clients, would definitely meet the threshold for probable cause, your personal bias against ENTY would have nothing to do with it.
Besides you morons don't even know if the suspect gave permission for the search when police showed up and asked and negated any discussion of whether the threshold had been met or not. (You would be shocked how often they do, thinking they hid their stash well enough that the "dumb cops" will never find it.) But hey, keep talking like a moron, it is what you do.
I keep confusing J and Jon. One of them (I think J) makes good points/posts and seems decent. The other One (I think Jon) makes sick posts and seems like a complete fucktard.
"Obviously it depends on the quality of the "tip""
Is this not what I said? Did I not explain myself? Images would have to be witnessed by the tipper or actual behavior.
The best scenario is if the FBI noticed it on his computer after obtaining a warrant to monitor the computer. The latest raid would be a result of that. Actually, thinking about it...the prior acts of Tekashi might be enough to get a warrant for computer monitoring, I don't really know, but it might.
I don't know what you are getting so steamed up about? Are you okay little buddy?
Ah! I see, you are protecting Enty here. No, I don't believe a celebrity called in this tip and very much doubt Enty's blind had anything to do with it.
I think some ARE real. I tend to trust less his more legal or policing blinds. Sometimes I think he has a half truth going on, either because he is a good guesser or he does have a source who kinda knows what is going on.
But ones like this make me wince for Enty, when he tries to put himself inside the drama.
We all know 6ix9ine is in deep shit. One thing I appreciate is that every blind about him, or others, means a news story is out and I need to do some looking around.
Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The courts have ruled that ANY search or seizure absent a warrant or exigent circumstances is unreasonable.
Whatever the source of the information, SOMEBODY has got to swear, under penalties of perjury to FIRST HAND knowledge of the facts, or the judge shouldn't (but often does) sign the warrant. The warrant actually is the affidavit of probable cause, and the judge merely confirms that the facts sworn to in the affidavit constitute probable cause.
IOW, if the state is going to do something that would otherwise be a trespass, like rummage through your stuff or kidnap you to a cell, SOMEBODY has to have some "skin in the game", i.e., swear under penalties of perjury.

Rosie, why do you struggle so hard against punishing pedophiles?
ReplyDeleteDo Sagittarianslike you have special uncontrollable feelings about kids?
Aaaannnddd ThankYOU for proving my point so quickly.
DeleteThe good news: you are still at the very front of the line to get the Stupidest Post Ever award
The Pedo Protection Team should be along shortly.
ReplyDeleteRosie leads that squad. Illiterately.
ReplyDeleteIf Rosie leads, shes got a fuckload behind her.
ReplyDeleteso many microfeuds on here cant keep track
ReplyDeleteThe cops wouldn't be able to obtain a search warrant based on a tip.
ReplyDeleteThey would need a credible witness to those photos and videos, or online evidence that they existed.
Nothing winds Rosie up like suggesting the police be involved when children are raped.
ReplyDeleteBecause I advocate that, she hates me with a sputtering, white-hot -- albeit incoherent -- passion.
If you don't want pedophiles punished, sign up with Team Rosie.
You have no idea how silly you look rn

I want child rapists in jail. When I say so, you swear and scream. In some pidgin version of proto-English.
DeleteSo weird.

ReplyDelete@Tricia13's guess could be true as well. The tipster we all know? If this is redemption day,how about Corey Feldman?
ReplyDeleteYes they do read the blinds and khloe used to comment a long time ago. Either way, its all good. When does he arrive back?

ReplyDeleteI look forward to reading about it in the news then, or know that this site is full of shit.
ReplyDeletePlease. You know enty is going to say there was some massive coverup and that’s why he is getting away with it
DeleteMaybe a a fellow rapper turned him in. Someone with whom he is beefing. Or beefin’.

ReplyDelete@J Don't be an idiot. A tip from someone who actually witnessed something is FAR different from Enty, being fed gossip items, calling the cops.

Dingbat plot. No topic she won't talk gibberish about.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it was the "conversations" with her about Purina vs. Friskies which pushed poor Bourdain over his tipping point.
LOL J, I hope she doesn't actually drink the Cleveland municipal water and pays the extra shekels to get water delivery.
ReplyDelete@plot, what needs to happen before you believe Enty gets legitimate tips sometimes? Not every time, but how many coincidences do you need?
ReplyDeleteThis guy keeps getting out of jail. Wonder if he is snitching in order to stay out.
