This former stripper turned model turned reality star turned celebrity is the one who should be looked at for a missing item. Giving it to someone to have them sell it and then filing an insurance claim seems like something that might be a touch illegal. She is just doing what everyone else in town seems to be doing.

Insurance companies just deny our flood claims ("you see, it was really a flood flood, get it?") after paying them thousands, rather than cut off the rich or important to any access to more money.
