Blind Item #4 - Emmy Awards
One of the producers of the show was livid because these two B+ list actors from a very hit long running television show hated being there and told everyone they hated being there but had the producers over a barrel. They treated everyone like crap and made outrageous demands and they will never be invited back.
BBT?
ReplyDeleteGalecki/Balik?
were they there?
ReplyDeleteThe two hosts Che and Colin Jost??
ReplyDeleteThe Queer Eye people?
ReplyDelete@MDAnderson
ReplyDeletethat could make sense...tho their home is NBC so not sure
also @Thot Crimes your username made me lol
ReplyDeletebrilliant
@tricia, wouldn’t galecki be A list?
ReplyDeleteSomebody from SNL. Probably Che & Jost. The Emmys switch networks every year and typically use someone from their network as host. So they wouldn't get the chance again for another 4 years anyway.
ReplyDeleteWould hosts be that obnoxious though?
ReplyDeleteMaya Rudolph and Fred Armisen? That recurring bit was painful and they looked annoyed.
ReplyDeleteI don't see them treating everyone like crap and making outrageous demands. Not successful enough for that and everyone on the show was a colleague of theirs.
DeleteChe and Colin for sure.
ReplyDeleteFor SNL people, the term "actor" is a stretch. Maybe for Kate, Mya and Fred at this point, but on no planet do Che and pretty boy deserve to be called actors.
ReplyDeleteI don't disagree in principle, but Pete Davidson is always (on this site) referred as an actor and he does basically the same thing (Weekend Update), but less of it.
DeleteI think this is RUdolph and Armistad. they looked pissed
ReplyDeleteThe hosts WERE obnoxious. Awful.
ReplyDeleteWhat Sara, Making It Work said: Enty calls Pete Davidson an actor on a long running tv show too.
ReplyDeleteKenan Thompson.
ReplyDeleteKenan is a late night institution on SNL. An icon, for good reason.
He's also crazy intelligent. His brand is carefully managed; he keeps a very low profile. He rarely does interviews, and stays out of tabloids. The Emmys is not his thing; and it shouldn't be. I was sorry to see him there, doing that prime time Glop.
