ReplyDeleteI've read that the Witcher series will follow the book more closely than it does the games, which I never read, so I could be way off - but I feel like Geralt should be a more wizened actor than Cavill

He's literally done nothing bad. He runs in charity marathons, gives back in his homeland, and takes pic with absolutely any fan who asks him...but for some reason, people on this site accuse him of being a std-riddled rapist. Deleteif there's proof then I will eat my words - but I get the sense Cavill might be one of those celebs that Enty just really hates and the blinds change with the wind about him as long as they're negative. No doubt he's probably a playboy but I mean what guy looks like that and isn't?!

ReplyDelete@Ophelia, I haven't read the books either, but I've heard they're good, someone did well with the English translation. Yes could totally see them going the GoT route. Some stuff is great on paper but too distracting or unnecessary onscreen. I could see them doing some quick CGI eyeshine at night or in dark scenes though just to show he's different.
