ReplyDeleteWell shit, they have a $40-$60 million mansion in Italy (depending on the source and money conversion estimate), at one point a French Quarter mansion, a penthouse in the Waldorf Asortia, and god knows how many other places together. Just last year she put down some $25 million to buy Cecil B DeMille's place for herself and the kids -- probably the housing Brad loaned her $9 million to buy. That's just the tip of housing costs alone. And all she's made are those vanity project turds in recent years (unless she is playing Maleficent).

ReplyDeleteAnd she doesn't stand a chance of getting much else from Pitt. According to CA law, she is really only entitled to one year of spousal support, given they were only married for two years. Maybe she will get some share of the properties, but she won't be getting an Amy Irving-type settlement, since her career didn't dim because of Pitt. Her mouth or rather, her tendency to talk too much, advertised that her lack of working was her choice.

DeleteDoesn’t she realize that she gives credibility to the she is no longer desirable/ he cheated on her stories by being such a woman scorned. And none of us are blaming him because she is so awful.
For a 2-year marriage, she’s entitled to 1/2 the money he made and he’s entitled to 1/2 the money she made. I think the only property they jointly own is Miraval, which they plan to keep. If they end up with 50/50 custody, he will not have to pay her very much child support.

Neither are perfect (his visits must still be supervised, after all) and BOTH are playing the PR game. The "Bitter Bitch" story has always been easier to sell.

ReplyDeleteDoes anyone else think Angie forces Shiloh to dress boy-like? Jolie says that's the way she wants to dress. Kids normally go through phases and different styles, but Shiloh has been dressed like a boy almost her whole 12 years.

While Celebitchy has become the haven of triggered divorced single women to roast their exes in effigy with Brad. Have you been there? Fucking lunatics can't even admit that Jolie goes to the press on a regular basis and wants Brad's money but no involvement with the kids.
Jolie refused to file a support petition for 2 years and Brad gave her a loan (for a house she does not need) anyway PLUS child support funds. CB translates this into Brad is a deadbeat dad for some reason, ignoring the fact that Jolie thinks she can demand blank checks from Brad and refuse him all contact with the kids. Life doesn't work like that, but the bitter bitches at CB think it should.

No. I don't think Ang gives a shit how her kids dress. The little girl dresses in boy clothing, too. Ang is too busy, with god knows what, could be lying around in bed, to care how her kids look or what they do. God knows what kind of education they are getting. The interesting detail added lately, through court docs, is that the kids will be attending some school this fall. That's new. It used to be "tutors" traipsed around the planet with them.

And he has never beaten a woman. Amber dropped the charges. Amber did, however, punch her girlfriend which was witnessed by a police officer who happened to be a gay woman herself.

ReplyDeleteThe rumor is that she wouldn't petition the courts for any support from Brad because he could then file for contact with his kids. She claimed she wanted to "do it all alone". But there was the new house (she already has a home or two in LA) for which she accepted a loan from Brad on top of money he just gave her for the kids.
After the judge sided with Brad in keeping the kids in LA for half the summer, Ang suddenly claimed he is a deadbeat dad, though she never asked for funds. Ang is furious he now has court ordered contact with the kids and that he isn't just sending her money without conditions. That's behind the latest spate of tabloid releases in which Ang is trying to control the narrative. It's not working very well.
And her original lawyer as quit, Wasser. Though she denies it, for the sake of the client, Wasser backed away when the drama started.
