I've taken percs (for pain) and they make you high as a kite. If that's what she's taking them for, then it's no wonder she's addicted to them.
ReplyDelete@nonyabusiness Yeah, me too. I gave it the old college try and took percocet for a week, then called my doctor and refused to take them any more. The pain came back before the high wore off. I also spent at least a half hour blacked out after taking one, and I wasn't capable of driving at any time during that week. I call percs "the devil's candy".
DeleteI have been addicted to drugs, so it's hard for me to judge to harshly as sad as this is.
ReplyDeleteIt seems crazy to think that you would continue doing drugs even as you know it might harm the child you are carrying, but I know I did some very desperate, selfish and stupid things in my younger, addicted days that I am just extremely lucky (or blessed) to not have not ruined my life far more than they did at the time.
I don't like Minaj, but feel very sorry for her now. If she gets clean, this is a weight she will carry forever. And if she doesn't get clean, she'll probably be dead in the next couple years.
So those photos/rumors were true. I wonder who was the father and if he knew about the pregnancy. That's sad.
