I've suspected that there was something a bit "worse" than just being gay as Lindsey Graham is acting like a victim of kompromat. A recruit is someone at boot camp. It can't be someone that's completed boot camp that's receiving further training at a different location. A recruit also cannot leave boot camp, they have zero freedom for the time they're in. So this is either a lie or Enty fucked up his terminology and he's talking about a recent graduate which would be a Marine/Soldier/Airman/Sailor etc but not a recruit.
