This former A list mostly television actress from a very hit, very long running now defunct network show turned writer/producer/actress and reality judge walked out of a one on one press availability yesterday when the reporter asked her about her continued support and under the table employment of a former A list comedian, now disgraced.
tina fey
ReplyDeletewait does she do any reality work?
ReplyDeleteAmy Poehler is her new show reality?
ReplyDeleteYep Poehler has a reality tv show with Nick Offerman.
ReplyDeleteThanks Montana! Amy FTW!
ReplyDeleteI can't stand it when they "walk out", what a bunch of divas. Just say, "He's a friend and that's all I'm going to say on the matter, next question please" and leave it at that.
ReplyDeleteDrama queens.
Louis CK for the comedian?
ReplyDeleteI recall when her comedy troupe Upright Citizen's Brigade was called out on their lack of diversity and she was very cavalier about the whole thing. I know several actor friends who were students there and confirmed the lack of diversity was the norm there.
ReplyDeletehttps://www.washingtonpost.com/news/arts-and-entertainment/wp/2015/09/22/diversity-problems-persist-for-upright-citizens-brigade-comedy-troupe-students-say/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.0d72a41fa57c
In typical lefty fashion, she has no problem giving interviewers her thoughts on dime politics when they don't even ask, but heaven forbid somebody ask her about issues pertaining to her.
ReplyDelete@BlissBoo Tina Fey and Amy were making jokes "outting" Harvey for years. If this blind is true, maybe she's afraid to face the hypocrisy claims.
ReplyDeleteThe post says very long running, now defunct network show. If that's a reference to SNL, then it can't be Tina or Amy because SNL is not defunct, is it?
ReplyDeleteParks & Rec
DeleteMaybe that was some shade for the current cast
ReplyDeleteI was thinking of 30 rock when I said Tina but Amy had Parks & Rec
ReplyDeleteTina Fey is actually not a doctrinaire Leftist. She's a liberal, to be sure, but she hates the Political Correctness stuff and especially the Identity Politics stuff that the Democrat Party has become obsessed with.
ReplyDeleteI respect her - UVA is a good school and she was supposedly a good student, she's obviously smart.
Who is she defending? I don't doubt that Tina believes the #metoo BS has gone too far.
Reality judge? Neither Tina nor Amy....
ReplyDeleteActually, Amy’s latest show with Offerman is a reality/ judged show with crafts being the displayed talent.
DeleteCelebrities only speak out about causes and real issues if they feel it will benefit them or make them look good. Not one of these people will speak on something if they fear it will be a detriment to their career or make it unpopular.
ReplyDeletePoehler is no exception, and quite honestly, she should't have to be asked about Louis's actions or defend whatever friendship/relationship she might have with him. If for whatever reason she chooses to remain in his life, that isn't anyone else's business.
@Seabee Amy has a new show with Nick Offerman that is a competition show
ReplyDeleteBut how is Parks and Rec "defunct"? Or SNL?
ReplyDeleteParks and recreation.
ReplyDeleteTina Fey put obama propaganda in 30 ROCK
ReplyDelete@CPADAM
ReplyDelete"In typical lefty fashion, she has no problem giving interviewers her thoughts on dime politics when they don't even ask, but heaven forbid somebody ask her about issues pertaining to her."
Nah, that description sounds more like a Sarah Huckabee Sanders presser, but sometimes Sarah cries.
@SarahElizabeth
ReplyDelete"Celebrities only speak out about causes and real issues if they feel it will benefit them"
Are you somehow different?
How pathetic. What a diva. However if it were Trump she'd have a lot to say even before knowing the facts. They're sheep. As long as the person has lefty views then they can do no wrong.
ReplyDeleteALYSSA MILANO!!! She was doing tons of press yesterday. No idea who the comedian is, but she is a reality judge as well as all the other things
ReplyDeletePS speaking of CK Louis... the CEO of Netflix says he misses him and his show, and would like to bring him back. Wow.
ReplyDeleteYou can see the dominos falling after they got everyone on the left to shrug about Gunn and Harmon. Then the rapist n the voice was brought back, and now CK.
Congrats pedo concern trolls. You should sleep like the babies that you are tonight. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Louis CK, isn’t a pedo or rapist, he’s a asshole who flashed fellow colleagues and did disgusting things over the phone. He is also the only one of the #metoo offenders to immediately admit wrongdoing and didn’t deflect his odious behaviour. (I’ve been doing this for decades because I’m ill or I was raised in the 60s bs - then trotting off to therapy)
DeleteGunn made stupid jokes on Twitter.
These two people should not be lumped into the same category as HW who’s a serial rapist or KS who attempted to have sex with a 14 year old child - that’s a pedo.
I don’t know about your thinking but inappropriate/ amoral jokes are not illegal- and if LCK is charged for lewd behaviour so be it. But calling people out as pedo apologists because they differentiate speech meant to be funny (which it wasn’t) and actually harming a person is deeply worrying and illogical.
Also the rabid left wing and the rabid right wing online users seem to be the same type of sycophantic losers who pander to people because of political views and not actual moral fortitude. They are all mindless sheep, who regurgitate ‘facts’ with checking if they are true or even make sense.
Real life doesn’t work like that - or at least it shouldn’t.
*without checking
DeleteCorrection CEO of FX, not Netflix.
ReplyDeleteI’m so sick of coming on a gossip blog and people talking politics
ReplyDeleteJust know none of them will ever do anything for the average working person..
Amen!!!
DeleteCJ Tina Fey is a piece of shit
ReplyDeleteThink, guys, SNL isn't defunct and none of their other shows were very long running. Go outside the box.
ReplyDeleteSarah Gilbert? Has she judged on anything?

ReplyDeleteGetting thrown out of a restaurant because of your political views is not acting inconsistently with the political or moral principles you espouse. Neither is tearing up when you're asked about it.
ReplyDelete@A-pathetic, I'd like to agree with you. I was raised on "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." I thought that was a pretty good rule, but it's not the rule anymore. Our tolerant elites -- led by Hollywood -- have created a new rule where words are equal to action and treated accordingly. For instance:
ReplyDelete* If you tell a joke about a racial minority, it proves you are a racist deep down, and you must be fired and driven out of polite society.
* If you tell a joke about women, it proves you are a sexist deep down, and you must be fired and driven out of polite society.
* If you tell a joke about gays or oppose gay marriage, it proves you are a bigoted homophobe deep down, and you must be fired and driven out of polite society.
There are more, but I assume you see the pattern. Words always show your true self, no hiding behind jokes, no second chances. So the logic is inescapable:
* If you tell a joke about raping kids.....
It's not our rule; it's theirs. May they choke on it.
It wasn't a joke. It was a storied, decade-long pattern posted to the internet. From a man who was already well into adulthood. He also posted links to borderline child porn. Is that enough real information for you, dipshit? Or do you need to personally witness James Gunn molesting a child to believe he's a child molester and not a victim? Holy shit you people are fucking insane.
DeleteThis political bullshit is bullshit.
