Because most men want kids but don’t want to deal with baby’s mothers. He seems to love his girlfriend and they have an understanding so having her be the mom to his 4 kids is easier.
The only reason I would see a straight guy having surrogates is the element of total control. All RonRon had to do was sign a one off check rather than being stuck with a baby mama for the rest of his life. He's fucked that up with this Spanish chick though. He's at least smart enough not to propose because I cannot see her signing a prenup.
