Blind Item #8

I'm going to leave this in the words of the tipster because it is very well said.

About six or seven years ago, I was invited to a friend's house, where her and her husband were hosting a dinner.  Before we ate, I was hanging with my friend, who works as a model, chatting, and during our conversation I saw she received a text, and then immediately reacted by shaking her head and sighing uncomfortably.  I asked her what the problem was, then she turned her phone around and showed me a shadowy video of a naked woman, clearly on drugs or alcohol, dancing in a mirror, attempting to be sexy.  She then explained that this woman has been aggressively trying to get my friend to sleep with her, and won't stop sending her naked videos, even after my friend specifically telling her she's married, not into women, and to stop sending the videos.  I explained to my friend that this amounts to harassment, and she should notify the authorities.  She then told me who the woman was, that she was famous, and had powerful friends, and it was better off if she just ignored it with the hopes eventually the woman would move onto someone else, it wasn't worth risking social and career suicide.  So, imagine my reaction when the #metoo movement broke wide open, and emerging as the face of the "resistance", the defender of all harassed women, was the exact same person who had incessantly sexually harassed my friend.  I've held back this story for months now, but in the light of Anthony's death, I think it's important for people to know the truth about their fearless leader.  She's not who the media presents her to be, and my best guess is that she was intentionally inserted up front as controlled opposition, a loud, vocal leader in order to keep people focused only on the abuses of adult women, and distracted from the much bigger problem of pedophilia in Hollywood, which continues to be ignored by the media and the Hollywood community at large.

Madonna would be a good answer too though:) I can see her harassing a woman and being shocked (and catty) of the woman didn’t want her...

  5. How ironic that she's the face of the #MeToo movement when she harassed a woman and wouldn't leave her alone even though the woman was clearly not interested in her (or women at all for that matter). I never saw her as a 'hero' or a voice for women, especially when I found out she worked with a child molester on a film and said it didn't matter because he was a nice person to her. She's fucked in the head.

  6. When you consider starvation, disease, war, resource depletion... the plight of the blind, the crippled, the mentally disabled... when you put everything into context, the casting-couch regrets of beautiful people are undoubtedly the most urgent social crises we face today.

  13. I've never been able to articulate, even to myself, why she rubs me the wrong way. I cannot muster up any sympathy for her and usually when I can't for people, I feel bad about that but not in this case. I don't know much about her, just some blurbs and photos. It's mostly intuitive. She's the only person in the MeToo movement who gives me this vibe.

    1. Agreed. She is creepy. She gives me magick vibes. Not to mention, her bff Asia has done some seriously messed up stuff with her dad. Just a brief look into their “work” together will send you down the rabbit hole. A lot of factors make bourdains death suspicious, sadly. Btw, an anonymous source about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago warned there would be a lot of celebrity suicides surrounding that whole rhymes-with-meatsa-gate thing. Can’t say they were wrong and I think the push in the media to make everything about suicide and mental health is just a cover lest people start wondering what the hell is going on.

I'm confused by one part of this blind, though. If it is in fact about Rose- six or seven years ago, she had no career so this portion:
"She then told me who the woman was, that she was famous, and had powerful friends, and it was better off if she just ignored it with the hopes eventually the woman would move onto someone else, it wasn't worth risking social and career suicide"
    Doesn't fit.

  24. Asia Argento is from one of the most powerful flilm-making families in Italy (her father is Dario Argento), so I am sure she is well connected the world over. She is also always hyper-sexualized in her roles, so maybe is that way in real life too.

Rose was reduced to nothing 6 years ago.

"Asia Argento is from one of the most powerful flilm-making families in Italy"

Um, no. Dario hasn't had any impact on Italian or world cinema since the 70s. He only made one film that would be considered classic for it's genre. The families of Fellini, Antonioni, Rossellini, Bertolucci...now those might be considered powerful film making or media families.

Argento has only become notable again as a last name because of MeToo.

This is such an important point. There are certainly reasons things repeatedly evolve the way they do across cultures and through time. Human nature is not a blank slate.

It's long been wisdom to treat performers as just that; this contemporary idea that the average celebrity is a sage is ridiculous on so many levels.

Truth is, although there are exceptions, the average performer is always going to be, to some degree, a dissolute lowlife.

That's why Nero was so eager to be among the actors.

You can either comment or ignore, not both.

    ReplyDelete
  42. A few days ago, we presumed a "stay Brave" comment from Enty insinuated Rose, because that's the name of her new book.

Even though I would say Rose is more a face of Me Too than Asia Argento, Asia got a huge ovation at Cannes for calling out Weinstein. Her career is presumably not ruined. Rose's is in tatters, and there are clearly people (metaphorically! I hope!) gunning for her, as we saw at that disastrous press event in New York where the (presumably) planted trans questioner challenged her and she lost her cool.

We need to keep pounding the fact Me Too is a diabolical bait and switch to keep the public from realizing the horrible epidemic of child sexual abuse in Hollywood. Not that women aren't being abused as well. But it's not an either/or, and that seems to be how they're trying to control the narrative.

You can tell, however, that it's not working because they keep killing people. Let's all keep praying and pushing, because it feels like the dam might be just about to burst.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I don't think this is Rose. She might have had some powerful friends at one time, but she never had the power to destroy some chick she wanted to bang's career.

    ReplyDelete
  58. @J, you talk about "toxic femininity" but feminists are not killing men like misogynists are killing women. The last incident being in Canada, where a member of INCEL ran over women in his car and killed them. There have been incidents of misogynists committing terrorist attacks against women for decades. At no point in human history have men been oppressed by women. It has always been the other way around. Two THIRDS of the female human population have no rights of control of their own lives. Also, Bourdain killed HIMSELF. No one knows what the motive behind his SUICIDE was. A woman didn't murder him. The only person who has "lost the plot" is you.

But it's funny how when it's rape/paedophilia/wife beating etc., your mentally ill, highly strung generation screach "not all men!" (even though no one has said it's all men) in your pathetic attempts to silence rape/abuse victims. It doesn't work nor ever will.

I don't like Rose McGowan nor do I believe she was raped, but she doesn't represent all women, let alone rape victims. Also, Enty, rape and sexual assault aren't "lesser crimes."

    --------

  72. Once again. For the dummies. Accepting compensation in lieu of prosecuting a rape charge will result in a NOT-GUILTY verdict if such case is brought to court EVERY SINGLE TIME. Accepting "payment" from a "rapist" means "she likes it rough" to a good defense attorney. Prove otherwise. Once you accept money. It's done. Over. Finito.

That's a totally different from a wife's ability and right to prosecute her husband for RAPE or battery or bodily harm.

  81. Asia makes the most sense to me. She’s clearly on the erratic and sexually unconventional side-among other things Argento had a strange lesbian relationship with the woman behind the JT LeRoy hoax (a writer pretending to be an abused transgender woman, but who was in fact a genetic woman). Her relationship with her father has been strained at times -he cast in one of her earlier films as a lesbian detective who is brutally raped by her quarry before killing him and then going on her own killing spree-but she has worked pretty much constantly in fairly high profile films for two decades. It’s fair to imagine she knows a whole bunch of plugged in people from the film biz. This blind could easily be BS and Rose is obviously messed up herself -but I’d guess Asia before Rose or anyone else as the person in it.

    ReplyDelete
  82. so basically this blind is saying MkUltra inserted a child victim of pedophile sex cult aka "Children of God cult" into the #metoo movement to distract. I completely forgot Rose was born in Italy on the compound of a cult that started to disintegrate once the leader started preaching about having sex with kids. same cult as the Phoenix kids by the way. just different location in the world. Guess its a case of "do you ever really escape a cult that is a cover for something else"

    ReplyDelete
  83. Oh my. Hollywood IS burning. How prescient of me. Eh. Wonder how much pedo evidence gets destroyed by THIS fire. One can only hope some pedos and their coven-cult-cover-girls goes with it. Lets blow out some matches. And make a wish.

Any celeb or industry insider riding the #METOO bandwagon is suspect of providing safe-harbor for pedos. May they ALL burn in whatever hell takes them.

  84. - Someone, or many someones, sure has/have a vested interest in silencing Rose McGowan. Both these things can be true: She's a huge mess, *and* she deserves credit for helping bring down Harvey Weinstein's house of cards.

    - Speaking of pedophilia (which this site seems intent on normalizing by mentioning it at every possible opportunity): Why would anyone, any group, be so eager to separate thousands of children from their parents and keep them all in a border area where they will have little recourse for escape, help, or family contact? Attack the argument not the source you sad, disgusting paid shills

I've never been able to articulate, even to myself, why she rubs me the wrong way.

Maybe because she's a willing participant in the controlled oppositional aspect but it's obvious she is also a suffering from sexual abuse issues from being a victim in many other ways than from just Weinstein. She is as fucked up as Joaqin Phoenix from being in Berg's CIA experiment the Children of God Cult. Strange impulsive behavior and drug abuse are two very well known tell tale signs of depression and coping mechanism in sexually abused adults.

On another note, I'll bet that's a partial reason why Weinstein KNEW he could get away with the abuse was BECAUSE she had been IN THE CULT. Wonder how he would know? Obviously this vein of abuse most likely extended to others who might have directed her or co-stars who knew...

Isn't it strange that former cult members, including Joaqin's brother at one time who died in mysterious circumstances were able to be inducted into Hollywood in the first place?

  89. @plot you said in a condescending written tone "Aren't you a superior little sunbeam".

Anyone who has been sexually assaulted will not be around their attacker on their own. Choice, in a room or especially by themselves. It doesn't happen. Please don't talk out of your rear when it comes to winners over sexual assault. It's truly offensive to men and women.
T h e only time I can see this exception is in the case of molestation and paedophilia.

    Oh FFS...

"Weinstein KNEW he could get away with the abuse was BECAUSE she had been IN THE CULT"

Maybe didn't need to know she was in a cult, just could tell she was a habitual victim. It stands out to predators in ways we can't see.

"Joaqin's brother at one time who died in mysterious circumstances"

River? He was an addict (or at least doing a ton of drugs) who took a speedball which killed him. Nothing very mysterious there. The combination of heroin and cocaine kills a lot of people.

  91. "Anyone who has been sexually assaulted will not be around their attacker on their own."

Completely untrue. Many victims stay with their attackers, even defend their attackers, because they aren't aware that they are even assaulted. Most sexual assaults happen from people known to the victims, in which case, they have to sit in class with them, hang out with the same friends, attend the same family dinners, and YES hang out with them on their own afterwards.

The mind compartmentalizes for the sake of daily sanity. Many many victims even pretend the assaults never happened.

  92. @Plot for the sake of argument you are initially right. However the people who know they have been attacked do not hang out with them on their own validation as Rose, AA and others did. Not defending Harvey at all so don't twist it. But people who were attacked and know their attackers don't hang out with them ever again. The people who stay with their attackers are usually in a domestic violence situation and cannot leave. Sorry I left that out of my caveat.
Btw people come out of of the fog and get help, after dealing with some serious issues caused by the repressed memories and usually end up pressing charges or letting people know.
How many of Cosby's victims hung out with him after he raped them?

All I am saying to you is have some empathy and don't be condescending when discussing these topics by calling people "superior little sunbeam (s)".

  93. Its not true that people always stay away from their rapists. Psychology is a tricky thing, people. There's no one formula. Rose has a monster case of complex ptsd. Her brittle, borderline-y, self absorbed falls totally in line with that disorder. She was raised in The Children of God, hit the streets at 15, had no mama, father had God complex. She had also been stalked and tricked and targeted by ex mossad agents. lked by the Mossad. If someone was going to crush you anyway, wouldnt you ensure you had some money when you had to run away and hide and start a new life cuz he's making sure you're never wotking again? You can be raped and destroyed and still hate yourself for having to be practical. He tanked Mira Sorvino and Ashley Judds careers. That's common knowledge. Those actresses alk knew he could do that with a phone call. So, if you were in that position, knowing your dream was done, over. You've just been assaulted by a very powerful and repulsive man. Are you going to take the moral high ground and accept being destitute because you were a victim of circumstances? Be a homeless yet ethical gal cuz Harvey thought you were hot and wouldnt take no for an answer? The inability of one to stand in another's shoes for even a moment is a grave flaw, Amigos.

  94. Hi Amy! I am exhausted and insomnia is a beast so forgive me if I am blount. The main point of my statements was that empathy needs to be had. Above, people were being insulted, some of the folks made statements that appeared to have some kind of first hand knowledge of sexual assault. I don't like it when folks are bullied and insulted so I was politely asking to please show empathy.
But when your so know your attacker and feel attacked you don't hang out with them unless you have too.
Mira is the one he truly did tank.
Ashley married the Andretti guy and announced semi retirement.
Rose was messed up as a kid but she also fed into it a lot as an adult. Marilyn Manson was worried about her.
I am not knocking these ladies at all. But I stand by the statement unless you are in a domestic violence type situation /molestation/ victims of pedophilia you typically are not going to hang out with t h e man who attacked you again.
I know many men and women, have volunteered in domestic shelters, rape crisis centers etc. It's not common behavior.
Nor do I judge any one of them. Someone special to me growing up did not make it out of a gang bang rape situation and her brother couldn't live with the guilt that he was not there to protect her (he was in the south and she up north). Their mother lost two kids that day. Both by suicide. So no I don't judge. Yes this is a true story. Yes I am a survivor too. That's how I know.

"All I am saying to you is have some empathy"

I'd like to impress upon you the same thing and not judge any woman who is forced, internally or externally, to stay in proximity with her assaulter. You wish to judge and feel a certain superiority is very harsh. Women, every fucking day, live under circumstances where they must spend time with people who assault them; men too.

I bet that according to you it looks like the women CHOOSE to be around their attackers, therefore there was no assault. You could not be more arrogant and more wrong.

  99. Empathy? They don't deserve it. They chose to remain in an industry that abuses them. They stay for the money and "lifestyle". If they made an attempt to get out -- to get away -- then "empathy" may be deserved. But not for these WITCHES. None of them. Including Judd. They are manipulators. Not a drop of empathy for any of them.

Empathy is for innocent children sold into slavery by their parents or stolen from their families and sent across international borders to be picked-up by other "family" who deliver them to slavers. I'd rather see them in federally managed detention (waiting to be returned to their own countries) than "re-united" with "family" impossible to verify. Are you people REALLY so stupid you can't SEE what's behind these caravans of children crossing the border? Or children being "saved" in Haiti. Low-energy low-IQ shills on CDAN are pathetic.

Yeah totally, because nobody has ever been framed for anything ever. It's not like he literally had ex-Mossad dirty trick specialists out actively trying to discredit his accusers.
