Blind Item #4 - A Birdie Blind Item

Which first term US politician is apparently so important she can't wait five minutes for a pregnant federal judge with morning sickness to get out of the restroom to meet about sex trafficking of unaccompanied minors? I guess that lunch date with some of her celebrity donors was of greater concern than abused children. Not to be outdone, the judge's penultimate boss wants to have her removed from the bench for exposing the fact that many of the unaccompanied minors are not fleeing but have been sent, which is to say bought and paid for by wealthy men in LA, New York, and elsewhere. It's all been arranged through a multinational organization that's been in the news recently. Obviously, the boss wants to talk about the organization, as does his own. But identifying the kids as trafficking victims, rather than as members, is bad for the narrative.

  2. Kamala and maybe Trump or Sessions for the penultimate boss-real question is which is the organization?

  7. Assuming Enty knows "penultimate" means "next from the top": the president would be a federal judge's "ultimate" boss. The penultimate boss would depend on the judge's position; could be a chief judge of a circuit, for instance.

So Kamala Harris dodged a meeting with a federal judge to talk about child trafficking, using the judge's pregnancy as an excuse. The judge's boss also wants to shut her down because she's contradicting the narrative. The boss wants to talk about the organization too, but in order to put a positive spin on it, and she's interfering with that.

Seems like it shouldn't be that hard to identify a pregnant federal judge who's been talking out of turn about child trafficking, but there are so damn many federal employees these days, who knows.

  9. @Cail, the president nominates federal judges and the legislature confirms them, but once confirmed they can't just be randomly fired - they have to be impeached. It's not like, say, the FBI director, who is executive branch and easy to fire.

Not to say that the judge couldn't be pressured to quit behind the scenes, but there is no clear line of command above her and no easy process for dismissal.

I wish I could like Kamala Harris, but I don't. I have no idea what she really stands for; her social media presence is shallow, condescending, and robotic.

Harris is being groomed by the Democratic Party establishment as their 2020 nominee. If that happens, she will lose.

  20. Meh - it's a long time until 2020.

Trump is mercurial, he's old, and second terms tend to be a disaster.

My money's on Nikki Haley more than Mike Pence.

Nikki's sharp, a woman and a PoC, and has been doing some good work at the United Nations. She's also kept a healthy distance from Trump.

  23. Well, I'd have to see the Democrat, but Republicans love strong women, and they're also pretty keen on Asian-Americans, whom they see as validating their concept of merit triumphing over racism.

The Democrats have dug themselves pretty far into a hole in flyover country; they've lost their governorships, state legislators, and federal representatives.

They're going to need a candidate with major charm to stage a comeback.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hey Nutty, you realize that Trump is already running for re-election, right? He literally held one of his famous "high energy" rallies last night in South Carolina. He literally filed for re-election back right after he took the Presidency. Your dreams of Trump being "too old" or whatever to be President again in 2020 are never going to come true.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Of course he's running. No politician can say he or she isn't running; opponents will just "wait them out". (See Ryan, Paul.)

Trump is 72; he'll be 74 ahead of the 2020 election, and 79 if he serves a full term. Age is a legitimate concern when you're heading up the world's largest military machine.

And chill out about "my dreams." You have no idea what "my dreams" are.

    ReplyDelete
  26. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump_presidential_campaign,_2020 He announced his re-election campaign just weeks after taking office. He is the President and he's running for re-election, it won't be Nikki Haley or Mike Pence. If you "put your money" on either of those two people being the Republican candidate for President in 2020 you would lose that money.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Its mid-2018 already. And we have no idea who the Dems are putting up to run against the Donald. They should have started deciding the day after he was elected. Look at all the time they've wasted.

    And that's why he'll win re-election

    ReplyDelete
  28. Not only do the Democrats have no candidates, they have no platform. All they have to offer is "we're not Trump."

But if the economy takes a downswing, as economies tend to do, Trump could be vulnerable in 2020.

@Unknown, at this point in the 2016 election cycle, people still thought Scott Walker was the man to beat. It's just too far in advance to know for sure.

    ReplyDelete
  29. There was about 4 hours that elapsed between Trump running for election and Trump running for re-election...maybe even less.

    ReplyDelete
  30. It's still Her Turn.

@Nutty_Flavor, yeah, that's why talking about a judge's "boss" isn't very clear to me. I'm no expert at all, so I'd be glad to hear from someone who is, but beyond appointing them, the executive branch has no control over them. Hence the need to impeach to remove them.

However, I did read this on the Wikipedia page about U.S. federal judges: "Other judges serving in the federal courts, including magistrate judges and bankruptcy judges, are also sometimes referred to as 'federal judges'; however, they are neither appointed by the President nor confirmed by the Senate, and their power derives from Article I instead." So perhaps there are some people called "federal judges" who have bosses and can be fired without impeachment. I dunno.

Oh CDAN invented another persona. At least maybe this one won't pretend to be PTA, someone else, but not him.

    @Unknown & @Nutty

Trump opened a reelection campaign immediately because IT MAKES HIM A HELL OF A LOT OF BRIBERY MONEY.

Jesus, you guys think he has morals? His reelection is merely another way for people to buy his favor. The funds there can be used for anything, particularly LEGAL THINGS that the Trump family may be facing pretty dang soon.

Running again or not, Trump is still on the campaign trail to elicit sweet sweet cash, not because he wants to run again though it might be in the best interests of his minders if he does.

    ReplyDelete
  32. @Nutty_Flavor: Scott Walker was never a legitimate contender for POTUS or any office higher than GOVWI. He has a decades-old ongoing war with public service employee unions. Also, he does not have a college degree.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Even aside from my previous comments, nothing about this blind make much sense. Judges don't investigate or "expose" anything in the American system, unless this is referring to some kind of leak to the press by the judge in question (and the blind implies that the potential leak to the politician never happened). If that were the case, this story would be all over the place.

Do you really think it was a coincidence Raniere was arrested in Mexico? (and so close with Mexico's political elite)

NXIVM is likely involved in international sex trafficking. Specifically, they are assisting with the flow of unaccompanied minors (who are being brought by coyotes who aren't their family)

The OUTRAGE about Trump separating families at the border is bullshit.

These kids are being separated from the Trafficker's who brought them in.

These aren't families being broken up. It's underage harems.

Shows how disorganized they still are that they wound up trying to turn this into one. It probably seemed like a two-birds-with-one-stone opportunity -- cover up their own activities, and portray the president badly in the process -- but it could just as easily backfire in both respects.

"Yeah, a billionaire gave up a hit network TV show so he could take bribes as President."

When he isn't a billionaire at all, he will. When the banks own anything with his name on it, he will. When the only income he has is money laundering for Russians and Eastern Europeans, he will.

Donny only ran because he owes, oh he owes, a whole lot of people a whole lot of money.

Billionaires don't brand steaks (that fail.) Billionaires don't start bogus schools (that fail.) Billionaires don't by two-bit airlines (that fail.) Billionaires don't go through 7, 8, 11 (?) bankruptcies and then relinquish control of their name to the banks they owe money to.

    ReplyDelete
  54. LOL, Trump isn't really separating families, he's secretly rescuing child prostitutes? Then why did his Administration in 2017 specifically talk about breaking up families as a deterrent, and then despite the uproar allow everyone to believe that's what was happening, and then when the backlash got to be too much backtrack on the policy?

  58. In November, U.S. agents took into custody 7,018 families, or "family units," along the border with Mexico, a 45 percent increase over the previous month, the latest DHS statistics show. The number of "unaccompanied alien children," or UAC, was up 26 percent

    "Families or 'Family Units'"

  62. Schneiderisnext, about families not being broken up and them being all from traffickers?
You don't know that, at all. Sounds like you're being taken in. Some may be, but in this climate, I don't think so. The cartels prefer trafficking by trucks. They don't have time for merely one or two at a time.

    ReplyDelete
  63. I've only read two comments where someone was actually concerned about the children. This is truly a cesspool.
What the fuck is wrong with you people. Children are crying, suffering.
They will suffer for the rest of their lives.
This isn't about politics, it's about humanity.

    ReplyDelete
  64. @mary lamb

Love ya, appreciate you, and support you; but we may disagree. Let me explain my position and we'll talk it out.

Of course I care about children. But like the "babies ripped from ventilators", "THINK OF THE CHILDREN" is A TACTIC used by the LEFT & RIGHT. I care about kids. But both parties are using them as pawns.

The separate holding of children IS NOT a unique Trump administration policy. In the early 90's , CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATS complained about state housing of immigrant families. Because everyone was stored together in large homeless shelters, children were in the same spaces as criminals/child molesters.

So federal guidelines were put into place that said children would first be paired with legal relatives, then placed in child-only facilities. TRUMP MADE THIS CALIFORNIA POLICY THE NATIONAL NORM. HE DIDN'T INVENT IT.

Now. I also believe these blacked out Wal-Mart facilities are corrupt. But, I don't think there is an easy solution to this problem. Coyotes are real. Families are also separated. I think the data demonstrates that coyotes and trafficking are on the rise versus genuine families crossing

The correct solution is to immediately send all illegal crossers back when apprehended. It sounds cold hearted, but every other solution allows for increased victimisation of underage crossers.

Instead trump is using the crisis to build a wall and reward his concrete-mafia based backers.

A wall is useless. constant drone surveillance would solve the problem.

But neither party wants to solve the problem when it can be used for partisan political gains.

    ReplyDelete
  65. @Mary lamb

And I agree traffickers prefer trucks, but a single adult with a bunch of kids is considered a "Family unit" by DHS. Even when unrelated.

The data clearly shows an influx of trafficking.

That's why DNA kits are being sent. To verify relatives

    ReplyDelete
  66. You think Trump is running for 2020? Haha, you've got it backwards. He filed for re-running as soon as he was elected but that's a distraction technique. The plan is for him, his family and associates to strip the US economy of a much money as possible whilst in office for as long as he can get away with. Which won't be much longer by the way things are going. Billions are going missing and people are starting to notice despite his administration's 'divide and conquer' tactics. As long as he stirs up as much trouble as possible it distracts the public from what he (well, let's be honest, his handlers - he's not smart enough to think of this himself and is easily manipulated) is really doing. Once impeachment is seriously on the cards, he and his entire circle will disappear to Russia taking the billions with him. The US will be bankrupt and unstable and in no position to chase him and Putin will have got what he wanted all along - Russia will be the most powerful nation on Earth - well, besides China but that's not a turkey that Putin is ready to tackle just yet. Y'all need to step up and wake up or be prepared for the massive shitstorm that is coming at ya.

  68. SkittyKitty demonstrates one reason the globalist left hasn't even started to coalesce around any decent candidates to run in 2020: they're obsessed with expecting the impeachment fairy to expose a Russian boogeyman and make the mean man go away. Thinking about campaigning against him in 2020 would mean mentally accepting that their fantasy might not come true. TDS is a terrible affliction.

The other reason, of course, is that it's still Her Turn.

The damage is done. The corps have had multi-million dollar settlements erased with Donny Moscow, their taxes lowered to nothing, their environmental and workplace restrictions voided. Besides pleasing Vlad by killing our State Dpt, ending our treaties and making the USA very very weak, that is all Donny was hired to do.

He and his family cannot and won't escape to Russia. They are building a legal war chest to keep their crimes from being fully prosecuted. The contributions by the wealthy and Big Corp are flying in for the work Donny has already done.
