Blind Item #17 - Who Is This Guy?

Little bit of an unconventional one here, but I don’t know where else to ask!
The full story:
I went to a bar with a friend of mine Saturday night in Brooklyn and while I was sitting outside waiting for a car, a guy came out and sat next to me to smoke a cigarette. He started chatting me up and I wasn’t at all interested because he looked a good 20+ years older than me, but then a random group of guys walked by and pointed at him and one of them said, “Hi, Nick!” Cigarette guy muttered something about how he hated getting recognized, then asked me if I knew who he was. I said no and he just stared blankly for a second.
He asked me if I wanted to get a drink and I decided to go ahead because I was really curious. I thought he was for sure fucking with me because he provided no information beyond saying he was an actor, but then he took me to a random mostly empty dive bar and the bartender seemed totally starstruck - in fact, while we were at our table, she came out and acted like a giddy schoolgirl while she brought us free shots. The few other patrons in the bar seemed to keep looking over as well. While we were talking, he told me some things about his life, but absolutely nothing about his career or name.
I wound up leaving before we finished our drinks because he was getting really sexually aggressive and I decided to prioritize my safety over the story, but I was kinda bummed that I wasn’t able to figure out who he was. The more I looked at him, the more familiar he seemed, but it may have just been my mind playing tricks on me.
So, Reddit - can you tell me who this person might be based on the following clues? Or was he most likely just a neighborhood character who set up elaborate schemes to pick up girls?
Appearance: Tall (6’2”-6’3”, maybe?), white, light brown hair (though he was wearing a hat), scruffy beard, probably mid-40s, black wing(?) tattoos on his upper arms. On the slim side, but decently built. Handsome in a rugged older guy way. Deep voice.
Claimed to be an actor and someone called him Nick.
Mentioned that he spent time poor in Albuquerque, moved to New York, and serendipitously became an actor. Now lives in a huge studio in Brooklyn.
Said he had recently broken up with his girlfriend.
Father was Greek, mother was Mexican.
Said he’s currently working with a relatively high-profile New York-based artist named Aaron Young.
According to him, has a huge dick, but I didn’t stick around to confirm.
Any and all input would be greatly appreciated!
EDIT UPDATE #1: Called the bar right when it opened (about an hour ago) and the guy there told me he'd text the woman who was working that night. He asked me to call him again in a couple of hours, so hopefully we will have answers soon...
