Omg! That makes me so sad. I met her and she was the sweetest thing ever. Even tried to give me her sweater at an awards ceremony because my “husband let me leave the house without one. “ haha
May they ALL burn in hell for their lies and deceit and mendacity. And for burying the truth about events during the last 50+ years. Brokaw and his ilk were paid handsomely to dupe Americans. I hope he dies knowing it will ALL be revealed. And his family will bear the shame for many generations. Amen.
Tom Brokaw has had cancer in the recent past. He's something like 78, with a wife, three daughters, and grandchildren. If it's Mr. Brokaw, he's simply taking care of essential personal business.
Lauren Bacall was very nice to a friend's mother, who was her cook for many many years. When she retired, she continued to live with Bacall at The Dakota, until she died.
