Blind Item # 11 - Dancing Boy Blind Item

Here's a fun one (not a blind I mean, but it will be incorporated into one): which controversial but famous psychic predicted, on tape, my success in entertainment, followed by her own son? She's now deceased, and appeared very frequently on a certain talk show. It's kind of a weird thing - she is maybe known most for a couple high profile fails - but the first thing she asked me about was my "artistic or entertainment" pursuits, that they would in time "go great guns." She told me I had an "aesthetic" theme (that was her thing: life themes).

If I can find the tape, I may incorporate audio into it. I know I still have the son's, but his, while along the same lines, isn't as good.

  13. Pretty sure any real psychic would go to work on Wall Street. The first rule of superpowers is that you do not tell anyone.

  16. Sylvia used to predict the demise of Hollywood marriages along with world happenings. I think one was Brad and Jenn. My family believed all of her predictions.

  17. Sylvia Browne. She was highly entertaining, and her books so fun to read. But, she most certainly was not 100%. She had a lot of fails, the biggest one was the kidnapper/killer in the Jacob Wetterling case.

  18. Every time I see the title "Dancing Boy Blind" my eyes instinctively glaze over as I glance over the text, my brain full of chaos and noise like a shell-shocked veteran of war.

  19. I'm surprised that I could at least track what the fuck this one is trying to say.

  20. I LOVED Sylvia Browne! My elderly Aunt got me watching her on Montel.
Her delivery was AWESOME! She seemed to give zero f*@ks if the person believed her or not!

She was roasted bc she had told at least one of the Cleveland Kidnap Victim’s family that she was dead.
Years later, the victim was found, alive, after years of brutal captivity.

  21. Haha, my favorite Sylvia Browne fail, an audience member was asking about whether or not she'd ever see her Mom again.
Before the lady could even finish her question, Browne jumped up saying, "She's with me now, and she says she always watches over you, and she WILL see you again when your time to pass over comes."
The lady looked up and said, "I just wanted to know if she will ever leave South America and come to the United States, so we can be together again".

  22. I was dragged to a psychic once, in NYC. Not sure if psychic is what she called herself, but anyway, she read tea leaves and had crystals - not a ball but a big rough-cut one and read the tarot cards. She read me to a tee in every way and said I'd be a huge success but not until I was much older. I was 21 at the time.
While I've had a few small successes and a pretty great life, maybe I should dig out those screenplays.
I have no idea why I'm sharing this. Oh yeah, I remember now... maybe they're real and then, maybe they're not. I do believe in 'sensitives' and that some can see auras but more than that is a mystery to me.

  23. You can add another fail to her list but it won't be high profile, D.B. Douche Bag "Dancing Bitch" - her prediction of your success in entertainment. No matter how many of these turds you shill here or elsewhere, it's just shit thrown at a teflon wall...none of it will stick.

Stick with your Target peon slave wage day job, DB, because your 2nd grade level writing ability ain't gonna cut it.

  24. This "blind" isnt worth the post. She's a charlatan. In the early/mid 90s my mom forced us to go to one of her churches, weirdest, cult like bs I think I've ever experienced.

No clue what the adults did in the main building, but we had a sort of "sunday school" think in the back. Im the youngest, so I dont remember as much, just remember sitting at a desk in a dark room with other children my age (split by age groups) and having to find our birth stone. After awhile my mom stopped taking us there, Im not sure why, but I'm glad she stopped.

    2. Just to be clear the dark room situation and stone sitation were seperate occasions. I cant recall exactly, but I know I had a female "teacher". We were being taught some "spiritual" stuff. I cant recall personally what.

At the time my mom was heavy into psychics, i ching, alien chasing, ghost, portals (you name it). As an adult it's disturbing to try and recall all of it.
