If Catwoman moved to Nepal, what would Catman do?
St. Patrick's Day for sure.
Jamesons is a family thing, but I love a margarita
St Patrick's Day, I don't know anyone that gets up early to drink on Cinco De Mayo. Unfortunately I can't say the same about St Pat's.
Why is this even being asked. St Pats all day every day. Everyone celebrates it.
St George's Day here.
From what I've seen since moving though, St Paddy's day for sure. All the plastics come out for that one. Personally, I prefer a margarita over Guinness.
It's usually St. Patrick's Day but this year is also Kentucky Derby Day on Cinco de Mayo, so this year only, it's Dos Equis and Bourbon day.
Amateur hours
I'm not into either. And really, who needs an excuse?
Wednesday
Cinco de mayo is a fake holiday.
My Irish heritage compels me to say St. Patrick’s Day - no contest :)
Neither. Both are for amateurs.
The correct answer is - Tuesday.
Neither but I do like Hogmanay.
Wait - Cinco lands on Derby Day. Derby Day is an American holiday. So is St. Patrick's day.
Wait - when are we drinking?
I prefer Star Warso de Mayo, ie tomorrow, maythefourthbewithyouall.
But being Irish I usually have a small glass or two on Paddy's Day.
Personally for me, St. Patrick's day because it's the day before my birthday.
Cinco De Mayo is my youngest kid's birthday, so that day is more about him than me getting my drink on. This year he turns 21 so...
Never partied on either one. Post high school, being in a crowd of people drinking excessively bores me to tears.
West coast is cinco de mayo, east coast is st patricks day, south is mardi gras, north is.....sturgis???
I work these holidays alot and Id have to say...mardi gras is the biggest drunkfest in the country....st pats has gotten shut down in alot of cities for too much drinky...noone goes to cinco de mayo cuz they think theyll get deported.
When I used to drink a lot more than I do now I would always avoid St Patrick's day. Too many once-a-year charlies getting wasted and causing fights and general trouble.
Plus that f'ng green beer.
St. Pat's, but in Philly, I think Thanksgiving Eve is the biggest drinking day of them all.
Embrace the power of "and."
St. Patricks Day AND Cinco de Mayo
I have equal enthusiasm for all drinking days.
St Pats, of course! No one gives a crap about that Mexican holiday.
We don't really hang out with drinkers, but based on my husband's two alcoholic sisters I'm going to say St. Patrick's Day. Then again, they're gonna be sloshed on May 5 too so...
Live near Boston, so definitely Saint Patricks. It is craziness.
It's DEFINITELY CINCO DE MAYO where I'm from!
Also kikibunny, it is NOT a holiday in Mexico. Independence day is September 16th.
It is a holiday in Mexico but mostly only celebrated in one state, Puebla. Its the celebration of Independance from France at the battle of Puebla, but SD Auntie is also correct, in that their real independance day is 16 September. Viva la Grita!
I had to choose between drinking or keeping my job in November of 2000. So I chose the job since I was too old to move in with my parents.
Wise choice, Lucky, wise choice.
Maybe you're related to Enty?
