AAAAH. I love my Animal t-shirt too!!!!! Think I’ve had it for 10-ish years now—never throwing it out! (My precioussss...) I wore it in a YouTube video once with a skinny-headband around my head (I was trying to be Steven Tyler’s mic). ๐ค
Janice, of the Spaghetti-Haired Lady as my sister and I called her when we were kiddies, Rolf, Swedish Chef, the rats and shrimp, Gonzo, and all the food. Hell, all of them!
Damn, seriously, I can't pick a favourite, I love them all. Prime Muppet would have to be Kermit. Statler/Waldorf always reminded me of John LeMesurier.
The Muppets/Sesame St/Fraggle Rock were some of the biggest highlights of my childhood.
Joe Pesci's "Donald Grump" was pretty epic, too. This was from the very early days when Trump was most famous for was evicting rent-controlled tenants from his Manhattan buildings.
Traveling Matt (David Goelz) only because a long, long, long time ago I sold him a gorgeous Missoni Jacket during my shop girl phase and he kept asking me do you think I can wear this to a business meeting? I told him it probably depended on what kind of business meeting. He said a work meeting and asked me again if I thought it would work. I finally straight up asked him what do you do and he said, I'm a Muppet. lol last thing I ever expected.
Kermit
