It could be any of them! Tyler, Taylor, Cole, or David? Front runners are Tyler and David though. I don’t think Andrew is cheating because he is a recent transplant to Indiana and I don’t think he has any friends there.
But the fact that it says significant other instead of husband sounds like someone that isn't married. So that rules out Tyler, David, Taylor, or Cole. Kailyn and Leah don't have boyfriends for what I know, so that only leaves Amber.
I would say Jenelle's husband David, but i don't think they have any friends.
