This reality mother all of you know has never really been considered soft and cuddly. Apparently she has raided the trusts set up for her kids to maintain her lifestyle.
There's all sorts of financial reporting out there on how to safely take back the money from a child's tuition trust, and how to use a child's trust to pay a parent's expenses. I mean, once raided, there's usually nothing to get back from litigating.
Then it should be a criminal case rather than a civil one and involve serving time. There may not be financial restitution, but a prison sentence will be some deterrence, or at least some justice.
I’m tired & worn out so I’m not going to try to be diplomatic.... I hope that whoever this is has to spend some real time in prison. (Her sh*tty entitled, perfectionist attitude will not go over well. JS). That said, I am sticking with my original guesses, Teresa G or K-hate Gosselin. Though, Mama June or Kim Z, would fit, too.
