This former A- list mostly television actress from a loooooong running network hit has finally landed another show but is trying to figure out a way to return to the show she left. The roles have not been as plentiful as she was led to believe they would be by her agent.
Sara Ramirez?
ReplyDeleteOr Jennifer Morrison maybe
DeleteI was thinking Jennifer Morrison. I loved ouat and havent seen her in much else since
DeleteRue Mcclanahan
ReplyDeleteCote de Pablo
ReplyDeleteNo reports of Cote landing a new show.
DeleteSandra Oh
ReplyDeleteYeah-definitely a Grey’s alum... and she has a new network gig
DeleteBAM.
DeleteLoved her in Sideways:)
Sandra Oh has stated numerous times over the years she does not want to return to Grey's. Plus her new show has gotten great reviews.
Delete+1 on Sandra Oh. Love her!

ReplyDelete+1 for Sandra Oh
ReplyDeleteHeigl or someone from Grey'sAnatomy
ReplyDeleteSandra oh for sure
ReplyDeleteSlow day huh?

ReplyDeleteKilling Eve has gotten good reviews.
ReplyDeleteSarah Ramirez is on Madame Secretary or whatever that show is called. She had positive things to say.
I'm going with Katherine Heigl. She was casted to replace Meghan Markle on Suits & has been attempting to lose weight so she can be canera ready.
Sandra Oh is an excellent actress. I first saw her in an indie film called "Last Night" two decades ago and even though the movie wasn't that great, she blew me away. I wasn't a big fan of "Grey's"--it became emotionally exhausting--but she was great in that too.
ReplyDeleteSidenote: I can't wait to watch Killing Eve. Adapted, directed and showrun by Phoebe Waller-Bridge of Fleabag. And this trailer for it is incredible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUJoneEOu0E
ReplyDeleteI know Rimes said Sandra and Sara could return whenever they wanted. But I feel like Heigl is equally movies and TV. So, I'm at a loss. Possibly Kate Walsh?
ReplyDeleteSandra Oh has publicly stated multiple times she does not want to return to Grey's Anatomy. If this isn't Heigl then I have no clue.
ReplyDeleteSandra Oh\Dancing at the Blue Iguana also starring Jennifer Tilly and Daryl Hannah, very underrated movie, first I ever heard of her, try and watch it if you've never seen it.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking Cote de Pablo too, but the problem there is that AFAIK she has still not gotten any real work since leaving NCIS.
ReplyDeleteCorrect me if I'm wrong :^)
There are no reports of Cote de Pablo having landed a new show.
ReplyDeleteThere are reports for Sandra Oh, Katherine Heigle, Sarah Drew, & Michelle Hurd.
I doubt Michelle wants to return to Law & Order SVU. Sandra does not want to return. Sarah is co-lead with Michelle on the Cagney & Lacey reboot.
My money is still on Heigl.
I agree with Heigl. She did a Caruso.
ReplyDeleteI first noticed Sandra Oh in Double Happiness, where she plays a young Chinese American caught between wanting to act and her traditional family. Very good small indie movie, worth finding. She's great, been a fan since.
ReplyDeleteI like Kate Walsh for this
ReplyDeleteConnie Britton
ReplyDeleteSandra Oh was so good in Rabbit Hole. It was a smaller role, but her presence was so big. Her presence has stuck with me for many years.
ReplyDeleteYou can watch the first episode of Sandra Oh's new show "Killing Eve" here early. It's fantastic!
ReplyDeleteKilling Eve: Episode 1
Somebody who wants to get back on SNL?
ReplyDeleteKristin Wiig?
ReplyDelete+1 on Heigl. I don't think Sandra Oh or Sara Ramirez were ever A-.
ReplyDeleteOnce Upon A Time is in its death throes and has been cancelled. The former cast members (Snow, Prince Charming, and Emma) ARE making an appearance in the last OUAT show in a last-ditch effort to let the show go out with some dignity (and ratings). Jennifer Morrison is, therefore, coming back on that show, but only that one episode.
