This former tweener actress/singer turned daytime staple is having issues with her marriage. She thinks it is all about the money, but her husband, once a cheater, always a cheater has been talking to a few women online.
Is talking to people of the gender one is attracted to online while married/living together/partnered considered cheating in the entertainment industries?
I know many people if not most people outside Hollywood would say that emotional affairs and/or sexually explicit behavior (sexting, photos, videos, etc) which sometimes happen at least in part online are a real thing, but I was wondering if the majority Hollywood thinks differently than the rest of the USA (& larger world).
From some reading & research I have been doing it seems like for the rest of us the emotional betrayal is the biggest issue. I would presume this is true in the biz too?
+1 Tricia13 @T.W. Israel Houghton was a Pastor at Lakewood for sure in 2006 (and most likely earlier) and into 2013-14. Houghton was noted as Pastor on the church website. He had a title change more than a few times since he started working at Lakewood in the 1990's. He worked primarily in the worship department/division.

ReplyDelete....I forgot about 3LW. I couldn't figure out why she seems familiar on Showtime at The Apollo
ReplyDeleteLove Naturi on Power
ReplyDeleteWhich totally jumped the shark
Nothing says intelligence like cheating on someone from a nationally syndicated talk show.
ReplyDeleteHahahah
DeleteIm ashamed I know who she is.
ReplyDeleteIsn’t her husband a pastor who has two kids outside his first marriage. She deserves it.

DeleteIsrael Houghton is not a pastor. He is (or maybe was) a Christian recording artist, sing writer, producer, & worship leader.
He was the worship leader at Joel Osteen's church but lost that position due to his adultery.
I don't know your religious background but for us Christians, unscrupulous women tend to throw themselves at the worship leader and the pastor.

The biz is a pile of whores with some decent people sprinkled throughout, you do the math.
ReplyDeleteCould this be Candace Cameron Bure?
ReplyDelete@Han Niam
Delete1. I don't think Bure ever sang.
2. Israel cheated on his former wife with his current wife. She should have seen this coming. I read they are swingers too.
@TW you’re right. I missed the singer part.

@Andyb12
DeleteHoughton is not listed on Lakewood Church's website. Another man is the worship leader.
Lakewood is a nondenominational church in the charismatic tradition. I have this background. Charismatic churches are not liberal.
Lakewood might allow Houghton to perform a concert but he won't be allowed to minister in any capacity.

And, Houghton was not fired, terminated, let go nor did he resign from the church. He is still there.
