Blind Item #1 - Reader Blind - Mr. Photo

This A-/B+ list actor/singer who has arguably equally successful in both has gone quiet lately. A few years ago while at an EDM festival in Los Angeles I took his picture backstage while a French DJ whose name is very hard to spell was playing. Our actor/singer didn’t seem to be enjoying the music at all so I found it weird he was there, by himself. Fast forward to the present and after doing a photoshoot with an underage model she tells me he asked her and her friend to join him at his place. They refused. Now I know what he was really looking for at that show.

    1. Thought of him but that’s not a difficult spelling I dunno?

  3. Oh yes. Leto is a douche.

  4. I know Jared Leto's step father. He's a super nice guy and used to mention Jared occasionally. Not obnoxiously, but occasionally and seemed to care very much about him. For the last couple of years, he's not said a word.

    1. I feel sorry for parents who are good ppl that have monsters for children. Both Leto and his brothers should be in jail. How many underage victims are there across all the places they’ve toured?

  5. Almost everyone I know finds Jared Leto repellent. It's very strange he kept getting juicy roles in DC and Blade Runner movies. He was the worst Joker ever and the fact he bought the Laurel Canyon Lookout Mountain Laboratory is as big a Red Flag as ever's been stitched. I can't imagine what's going on in the vast underground maze beneath it, or how many children and young teen girls may be caged there.

  6. He's a good actor. That's why he is cast.

Nobody is any good in Batman movies. Face it, the main character of those is CGI.

Caged Girls! Your imagination does has it's well worn preoccupations doesn't it.

  7. ^^ can’t say I agree. Leto was the worst thing to happen to a Batman movie since George Clooney.

Leto’s vermin, look forward to him being taken down.

Oh I'd like to see Leto taken down. He seems to still be insulting to others and sexually abusive with so much impunity.

But he's a good actor nonetheless.

  10. He is a good actor, and a great musician. he is hardly "quiet" lately as he just recently released new album and is on tour. I do not believe half of what is reported. He is hardly different than every single other rock star and every groupie that has ever traveled the circuits. In the 80s I often went to concert's and would go to the locations I knew they groups would be, hoping like most fans to meet and "hook" up with our favorites.

  11. @plot,you don't seriously believe people in Hollywood get cast for their talent? Sometimes talent shows up by accident.

  12. Justin Timberlake, to be different and because I can't really imagine Leto even doing a photoshoot.

    1. Okay, just looked him up, he's all over the magazines. Still, I'll double down and add Donald Glover, in the name of diversity #cdansowhite

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It's not an either/or proposition.

Leto is a talented actor, always has been from his My So Called Life days.

But then we also have Leonardo DiCaprio in all these movies with important directors...and I'm flummoxed as to why. Actors who sneer at audiences rather than act are not very appealing to me.

  15. DJ not Guetta as it's super easy to spell. Definitely Leto for predator behavior.

You could tie this in to the Laurel Canyon conspiracy from the 60s and write a movie about it. You could call it "freak out at the Lookout" and shoot it like an exploitation movie.
