It was determined that the gif was sent with intent to inflict harm. Kurt lost his drivers license (you have to be seizure-free for a specified length of time), now works only from home. It’s pretty sad, actually. All documented, there’s no reason to make it up.
The seizure rule is in place for a reason. If flashing lights cause him to go into convulsions and/or seizures then he is a danger behind the wheel of a vehicle. I don't need someone seizing up and losing control every time a fire truck or ambulance drives by with lights flashing.

That’s not who he is. Every state has a rule about being seizure free for drivers licensing and i’m pretty sure they’re qualified to make decisions about routine blinking lights found in daily life. In every state, self-reporting a seizure leads to loss of driving privileges until seizures are controlled for a specified amount of time. Google will confirm, if you’re interested. Additionally, he was hospitalized for quite a while, not an ER visit. The gif was nothing found on highways or emergency situations. It was designed to induce a seizure. Do 5 seconds of research before disparaging someone - or a group of people - you know nothing about.

My girlfriend bartended for two years at New York’s famous China Club bar in the mid 90s. Trump was a regular coming in at least twice a week. She served him alcohol every time.
