Blind Item #5

This foreign born B list model/actress is refusing to give a deposition against the disgraced director because several people have come forward who contradicted her earlier version of events and she is fearing she will be accused of lying if she gives her version of events.

  6. Sounds like she's more afraid of contradicting her earlier version. Ratner is a good guess, HW doesn't really direct and seems like the wrong gender for Singer.

  8. I don't know how to interpret this blind. Is she a victim who is afraid of being falsely accused of lying or is she a liar who afraid of being found out? It all goes back to the credibility of the witnesses who have come forward. If they are independent and credible then the actress may be a liar. If they are linked to the director then the actress is probably a victim. Not enough information to know either way.

Sadly, could be either way, but smearing victims is a terrible but real strategy that legal handlers use. I don't know how they sleep at night

    2. I agree, but if her initial story WAS a lie, that’s not cool either.
It only hurts those who come forward with the truth.

  9. She could have messed up some details in her earlier account or deliberately left some things out. Happens all the time and lawyers go to town on it.

  10. Is Rose McGowan a model? I love how she says that, when she told Harvey she'd keep staying silent for $6mm, she was just kidding.

    Nutcase, please.

  13. There's a top interview with Paul Bettany in an Empire magazine in which he says he turned down working with Ratner because he was a dick. Good man is our Paul.
